Da alcuni giorni è in corso un pesante attacco hacker, che probabilmente (dico probabilmente, non lo so) coinvolge parecchi altri siti: Poste Italiane, Comune di Milano, forse persino Webank. Questa azienda lavora bene da anni e ha ricevuto zero recensioni su Google. Ora, in due giorni problematici, compaiono sei recensioni da "una stellina". Giudizio ingiusto, distorto, e soprattutto preoccupante. E no, non mi pagano: sono un loro cliente, sono io che pago loro. Ripigliatevi. Tutti. Saluti. For some days a heavy hacker attack has been underway, which probably (I say probably, I don't know) involves several other sites: Poste Italiane, Municipality of Milan, perhaps even Webank. This company has been working well for years and has received zero reviews on Google. Now, in two problematic days, six reviews appear from a "little star". Anche quando lo scorso anno tutti i siti ospitati sui loro server hanno smesso di funzionare sono rimasti offline per quasi 2 settimane? Da notare che non solo i siti hanno smesso di funzionare, ma anche i loro centralini e per giorni non c'è stata alcuna comunicazione da parte loro. Per non parlare del muro di gomma quando abbiamo chiesto supporto per poter traferire tutto. Faccio anche presente che dopo questa situazione mi è stato anche bloccato l'account (con all'interno ancora dei domini attivi). @Simone B Active 24 hours a day, for 13 years? Tempi di risposta e gestione dei ticket nell'ordine dei 10/15 minuti. PS: Hanno subito ultimamente un problema grave di DDoS, sono stati down alcuni giorni come è successo anche ad altri provider in questo periodo, ma sono stati sempre a lavoro h24 per arginare e risolvere il problema. PS: Recently they have suffered a serious problem of DDoS, they have been down a few days as has happened also to other providers in this period, but they have always been at work 24 hours a day to contain and solve the problem.
