(Premetto che,trovando il cancello chiuso,abbiamo telefonato e la padrona ci ha risposto che avrebbe mandato il figlio ad accoglierci...dopo 15 minuti e più abbiamo desistito..)
Unfortunately they didn't open us!
(I state that, finding the gate closed, we phoned and the landlady replied that she would send her son to welcome us ... after 15 minutes or more we gave up ..)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda ottima, la sede è nel centro di ortovero e li si possono fare degustazioni guidate con la titolare Laura mentre il marito Antonio lo troverete in una degli innumerevoli vigneti di proprietà dai quali ricavano uve di qualità con cui producono ottimi vini liguri doc ed igt quali pigato, vermentino, granaccia, alicante, e la, rinomata basura obscura bollicina metodo classico, 47 mesi di invecchiamento nelle grotte di Toirano
Excellent company, the headquarters is in the center of ortovero and you can make them guided tastings with the owner Laura while your husband Antonio you will find him in one of the countless owned vineyards from which they obtain quality grapes with which they produce excellent Ligurian DOC and IGT wines such as pigato, vermentino, granaccia, alicante, and the famous basura obscura bubbles classic method, 47 months of aging in the caves of Toirano

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durch die guten Bewertungen angeregt, wollten wir das Weingut besuchen, allerdings stimmen die angegebenen Öffnungszeiten nicht und wir standen vor verschlossenem Tor.
Encouraged by the good reviews, we wanted to visit the winery, but the stated opening times are not correct and we stood in front of a locked gate.

Abbiamo telefonato dicendo che eravamo davanti al cancello e ci hanno detto che ci aprivano........dopo altri 10 minuti siamo stati costretti ad andare via.Mi spiace perché eravamo curiosi di assaggiare e acquistare il vino della cantina. Pazienza......come da cartello affisso " non siamo stati fortunati"
We rang 2 times, waited 10 minutes, and they didn't open. We phoned saying we were in front of the gate and they told us that they would open us ........ after another 10 minutes we were forced to leave. I'm sorry because we were curious to taste and buy the wine from the cellar. Patience ...... as per the sign posted "we were not lucky"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella realtà familiare, ottimi vini. Da ormai qualche anno tappa obbligata per una scorta di Rossese per l’estate. Vale la pena lasciarsi guidare tra le diverse etichette di Pigato. Si potrebbe migliorare l’accesso alla cantina dalla strada, ma quello che c’è dentro vale la scomoda attesa.
Beautiful family business, excellent wines. For some years now, a must for an escort of Rossese for the summer. It is worth letting yourself be guided through the different Pigato labels. Access to the cellar from the street could be improved, but what's inside is worth the awkward wait.
