★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo non rispondono mai al telefono e alla mail, per spostare la data del vaccino,e dovrebbe essere servizio pubblico ma di servizio non c'è niente non hanno voglia di lavorare,quando magari ci sono giovani disoccupati che hanno magari voglia di lavorare,penosi.
Bad service they never answer the phone and e-mail, to move the vaccine date, and it should be public service but there is nothing they don't want to work, when maybe there are young unemployed people who maybe want to work, painful.

Made 51, yes 51 phone calls from 12.30 to 13.30 - in the time frame indicated by them for vaccinations - and no one has NEVER answered; two rings and then busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penosi, se si potesse dare meno di una stella lo farei. Aspetto da 3 mesi che venga assegnato un pediatra a mia figlia che ha 7 mesi e non ho ricevuto nessuna comunicazione, al telefono e per email non risponde mai nessuno, pessimo servizio
Painful, if you could give less than one star I would. I have been waiting for 3 months for a pediatrician to be assigned to my daughter who is 7 months old and I have not received any communication, on the phone and by email no one ever answers, bad service

We understood that when the line is busy it is not because they are answering ... but because so many other people keep trying.
