Forse se qualcuno dalla direzione generale prestasse attenzione ai numerosi commenti negativi qualcosa potrebbe cambiare. Dal canto mio il reclamo è stato inviato via Pec e consiglio a tutti gli utenti scontenti di segnalare ogni volta si presentino episodi spiacevoli. Pensavo che ero soltanto io lo sfortunato, ma leggedno i quaranta commenti pubblicati su Google ritengo che il responsabil di questa situazione debbano prendere dei provvedimenti e ricordarsi che anche i loro stipendi li paghiamo noi con le tasse e non è un atto di cortesia rispondere al telefono...
