Mi ha risposto una signora dal tono di voce molto scocciato, e non voleva quasi nemmeno darmi il numero del laboratorio analisi... Se la gente vi chiama per chiedere, è perché ne ha bisogno visto che trattasi di salute! Ci sono tanti giovani, o persone adulte, disoccupati che sarebbero ben più disposti a fare il vostro lavoro..e sicuramente con un minimo di gentilezza in più. Io ho lavorato in un'azienda dove rispondevo al telefono 100 volte al giorno e sempre con la stessa gentilezza e cortesia, anche se delle volte ero scocciata o avevo altro per la testa anche io. E che cavolo, dai! I must say that you really want to work ... Il CUP online non può spostare esami prenotati allo sportello(RIDICOLO), IN COMPENSO NON RISPONDONO AL TELEFONO... MAI! Se mi verrà addebitato alcunché...se la vedranno con l'associazione consumatori di cui faccio parte. Già il fattore tempo che è limitatissimo perché, per esenzione e cambio medico, si può telefonare solo dalle 12 alle 13 dal martedì al venerdì, in più la linea o è occupata oppure non raggiungibile. Questo è solo un esempio di come lavorano.... È uno scandalo!! I am shocked !! It will be almost 1 year, at different intervals of time, that I try to make a hell of a telephone appointment ... useless ....
