Sono venuti a ripararli, ma i buchi si sono allargati per cui le viti che hanno sostituito non reggevano. Per sistemare nuovamente volevano che pagassi 50€ nonostante la garanzia di 2 anni. Alla fine mi sono rivolta alla concorrenza: il giorno dopo mi hanno risolto il problema pagando solo 20€... Giudicate voi. Lucia Maione Unreliable, incompetent, arrogant ... After only 10 days from the assembly of the tent, the screws gave way and the support arms came loose. They came to fix them, but the holes got bigger so the screws they replaced couldn't hold. To fix it again they wanted me to pay 50 € despite the 2 year guarantee. In the end I turned to the competition: the next day they solved the problem by paying only € 20 ... Judge for yourself. Ho usufruito di Style Tenda perchè oramai era venuto il tempo di cambiare la tenda sul balcone e devo dire che si sono dimostrati seri e competenti. Avevo chiesto altri preventivi da altri concorrenti e tutti si sono dimostrati poco seri. Invece con Style Tenda velocità e professionalità hanno reso il cambio della mia tenda un gioco da ragazzi. Mi sembra ora di avere in casa spazi nuovi che non credevo di poter sfruttare. Un balcone abitabile e un piccolo gazebo diventato una stanza in più in giardino. Grazie bravissimi.
