I commenti di preoccupazione per l'assembramento che si era formato ssentivano tra pazienti e tra operatori.
Perché non sospendere perlomeno l'erogazione del caffè per i dipendenti?

The comments of concern about the crowd that had formed were heard between patients and between operators.
Why not at least suspend the coffee dispensing for employees?
