I have yet to try the pasta, but the wine is excellent, both white and red, so much dedication can be seen in the final product.

Molto disponibili i proprietari, i quali quando offrono spiegazione sulla loro azienda dimostrano di avere grande passione per il proprio lavoro!
A wonderful environment, an organic farm surrounded by beautiful scenery. The range of products they offer is very wide and interesting, what is striking are the flavors and aromas of the products (excellent quality). The owners are very helpful and when they offer an explanation of their company they show that they have a great passion for their work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda biologica specializzata in coltivazione di grano (gentil rosso tenero, senatore cappelli duro, farro monococco), vino, olio, miele, farine e non da ultimo, la pasta in 9 tipi. Tutti i prodotti sono curati e di buon livello. Aziende come queste danno lustro alla Val d'Orcia e meritano una deviazione per fare una bella scorta.
Organic farm specializing in the cultivation of wheat (gentle red soft, hard senatore cappelli, einkorn spelled), wine, oil, honey, flour and last but not least, pasta in 9 types. All products are well-finished and of a good standard. Companies like these give prestige to the Val d'Orcia and deserve a detour to stock up.
