Complimenti per il servizio, considerato che eravamo un gruppo di persone abbastanza numeroso, sono stati bravissimi.
Per quanto riguarda il cibo, tagliatelle fatte con farina di castagne con ragù di cinta e ricotta salata grattata , buonissime!!!
Un elogio particolare ai secondi, buoni ed elaborati.
Si vede che c'è cuore e ottimo lavoro anche solo dalla proposta dei secondi che non sono i soliti 3/4 standard.
Faraona ripiena, peposo, guancia, tagliata (non la solita tagliata), brasato... E forse qualcuno l'ho dimenticato!!!
È stata la prima volta che andavo in questo posto, ma sicuramente non l'ultima!!!

Congratulations on the service, considering that we were a quite large group of people, they were very good.
As for the food, tagliatelle made with chestnut flour with cinta ragout and grated salted ricotta, very good !!!
A particular praise to the second, good and elaborate.
You can see that there is heart and excellent work even just from the proposal of the second courses that are not the usual standard 3/4.
Stuffed guinea fowl, peppery, cheek, cut (not the usual cut), braised ... And maybe someone forgot it !!!
It was the first time I went to this place, but definitely not the last !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto raccolto e incantevole. Sembrava davvero di essere ospiti in una fattoria. Materie prime di qualità per lo più a Km 0 e piatti davvero cucinati egregiamente. Gentilezza e disponibilità anche per vegetariani ne fanno un posto assolutamente da non perdere.
Collected and enchanting place. It really felt like being a guest on a farm. Quality raw materials mostly at Km 0 and really well cooked dishes. Kindness and availability even for vegetarians make it a place not to be missed.

Sono una copia di cuochi bravissimi e creativi. Prezzi molto buoni. Capito sempre per Ferragosto ed il loro menù scelto è ottimo e ricco di pietanze. Una scelta di antipasti vari nei quali ho apprezzato molto la selezione di formaggi, il baccalà con una polenta integrale deliziosa. Due primi con pici di chianina e tortelli ripieni di pappa al pomodoro squisiti. Il dolce strepitoso
A quality cuisine, with refined ingredients, km 0, attentive to the environment without ever giving up good taste and satisfying the palate. They are a copy of talented and creative chefs. Very good prices. It always happens for Ferragosto and their chosen menu is excellent and full of dishes. A choice of various starters in which I really enjoyed the selection of cheeses, the cod with a delicious wholemeal polenta. Two first courses with Chianina pici and tortelli filled with exquisite tomato soup. The amazing dessert

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fabulous experience, and quite possibly one of the best meals I have ever had! We got a 4 course meal where everything we ate was wonderful. The owners were very friendly and gracious hosts. They gave us a bag of alloro to bring home after we discussed how much we loved the flavor of the slow cooked beef dish we ate for our main course, which was seasoned with that spice we had never heard of before. If you get an opportunity to dine here, do not miss out.
