Migliaia di persone nel periodo di ferragosto si riversano a Staffoli per questa manifestazione basata sul rodeo in puro stile americano. Da tutta Italia arrivano cavalieri che gareggiano su meravigliosi cavalli in un'arena recintata, dotata di spalti per il pubblico. L'atmosfera è festosa, fatta di ragazzi, tante famiglie e curiosi che arrivano qui un po' dappertutto anche se il grosso è dei dintorni. Lo spazio di visuale è enorme. C'è la zona dei campeggiatori, un parcheggio esteso nel quale entrano una infinità di veicoli, lo spazio ristoro all'aperto con numerosi tavoli sui quali pranzare, una zona ludica per i bambini, una zona con i cavalli sempre per i bambini, una per l'elicottero che con 30 euro ti consente di sorvolare la zona è molto altro. Chi vuole con 20 euro può andare a cavallo è fare un bel giro della durata di un'ora. La fila per il pranzo è d'obbligo ma con una quindicina di euro si può pranzare molto bene. La carne alla brace è sempre buonissima ma anche le pennette al tartufo che ho preso quest'anno erano veramente buone. Diversamente, attrezzandosi con un po' di criterio visto che ci si trova in un bosco, si può anche far da sé o portare da casa quel che si vuole. La pecca sta nella gestione insufficiente dei bagni ma tutto sommato siamo in un bosco. Chi vuol capire, capisca.... The organization of a place like this is gigantic. D	DENIT33 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante un tour in bici abbiamo pernottato una notte in questa azienda con tanto verde attorno, terreni utilizzati anche dai cavalli presenti nella stalla vicina alla struttura principale raggiungibile con una mini passeggiata. Le camere erano ampie, confortevoli e pulite. La sera abbiamo mangiato al ristorante e tutti i piatti erano ottimi e ben curati. Purtroppo non ho fatto foto, ma il ricordo è ben presente.
