★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve signora Patrizia, ricordo ancora molto piacevolmente la visita che ho effettuato ad agosto con la mia famiglia presso la sua struttura immersa in un ambiente curato e dai tanti rifermenti storici: l'accoglienza é stata delle più calorose oltre che molto familiare...a proposito, la vostra marmellata all'arancia amara era squisita!!! Arrivederci alla prossima e buona vendemmia.. Sarà sicuramente delle migliori!
 Hi Mrs. Patrizia, I still remember very pleasantly the visit I made in August with my family at your facility immersed in a well-kept environment and with many historical references: the welcome was the warmest as well as very familiar ... by the way, your bitter orange marmalade was exquisite !!! See you at the next and good harvest .. It will certainly be the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'accoglienza calorosa della signora Patrizia è il preludio ad un tuffo nel passato. Il palmento, conservato con estrema cura, dove si possono notare ancora i livelli del mosto, concentra tutti gli strumenti utilizzati nella preparazione del vino tradizionale. I racconti della signora Patrizia ti fanno poi rivivere il momenti dell'antica vendemmia, e proiettano le immagini di quando l'uva veniva portata nelle vasche superiori per essere pigiata. La splendida vista sulla vigna crea una connessione emozionale con un'antica Sicilia rurale. Anche la visita alle stanze della villa riporta ad una Sicilia ottocentesca, che tocca le corde emozionali di una tradizione forse poi non così lontana. Consigliatissima!
The warm welcome of Mrs. Patrizia is the prelude to a dive into the past. The millstone, preserved with extreme care, where the levels of the must can still be seen, concentrates all the tools used in the preparation of traditional wine. The stories of Mrs. Patrizia then make you relive the moments of the ancient harvest, and project images of when the grapes were brought into the upper tanks to be pressed. The splendid view of the vineyard creates an emotional connection with an ancient rural Sicily. Even the visit to the rooms of the villa brings you back to a nineteenth-century Sicily, which touches the emotional chords of a tradition that is perhaps not so distant. Highly recommended!
