★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful view over the gulf of Trieste and the city itself, nicely served food of decent quality (the usual Osmiza selection of meats, cheese, olives, boiled eggs, etc.), vino di casa and a very friendly personal - all you need for a pleasant relaxing evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want go spend a few hours drinking wine without spending too much money. This is the place. A liter of wine is only 6 eur, they have white and red to choose from. Its not tip quality wine, but you go for the experience. They also have some meats and cheeses to eat, which we ordered. It's a lot of food for 2! Parking available close by on street, then a 5 minute walk to the restaurant. On weekends you might need reservation, but we managed to find a table in the shade. It's such a great view overlooking the seaside, seeing Italy, Slovenia and Croatia at once. Highly recommend if in the area.
