★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf der Suche nach einem anderen Weingut zufällig gefunden. Rundherum sehr schlampig, alles offen, zum Glück auch das dringend notwendige Klo.
Nach längerem "hallo, hallo!" kam dann wohl die ein wenig gebrechliche Seniorchefin daher, hat zuerst nachgeschaut ob das Klo noch in Ordnung ist, war dann aber recht freundlich. Verständigung selbstverständlich nur auf Italienisch möglich: Sie wären nur ein kleines Weingut, machen 3 Sorten: Weiss-Lugana, Rot und Schaumwein; Lagerung , wie heutzutage beinahe überall - in Metallcontainern - Fassln sind wohl ausgestorben, sogar im "kleinen Weingut". Der Lugana kostet - auch gleich wie bei einem "großen Weingut" 0,7 l-Flasche € 7,- , teuer für Ab-Hof. Aus dem "Fass" verkostet schmeckte er gut, wie ein Lugana sein sollte.
Finden würde ich das Weingut "Quattro pini" nächstes Mal wohl auch nicht mehr, und auch nicht suchen.
Drei Tage später: Dieses Weingut werde ich ganz sicher nicht mehr suchen, denn was die in die wunderschön etikettierten Flaschen abgefüllt haben spottet jeder Beschreibung: Der Wein hat kaum einen Geschmack, am ehesten nach einem schlechten Billigwein, von Lugana keine Spur !
Etikettund Visitenkarte sind wunderschön, künstlerisch gestaltet, typisch "aussen hui - innen pfui" , Pech gehabt, ärgerlich.
Found by chance while looking for another winery. All around very sloppy, everything open, luckily also the urgently needed toilet.
After a long "hello, hello!" The senior manager, who was a little frail, came along, first checked whether the toilet was still in order, but was then quite friendly. Communication is of course only possible in Italian: You would only be a small winery, make 3 types: white Lugana, red and sparkling wine; Storage, like almost everywhere nowadays - in metal containers - barrels have probably died out, even in the "small winery". The Lugana costs - just like a "big winery" 0.7 l bottle € 7, expensive for ex-farm. Tasted from the "barrel" it tasted good, as a Lugana should be.
I would probably not find the "Quattro pini" winery next time, and neither would I look for it.
Three days later: I will definitely not look for this winery any more, because what they have filled into the beautifully labeled bottles defies description: The wine has hardly any taste, most likely a bad cheap wine, no trace of Lugana!
Label and business card are beautiful, artistically designed, typically "outside hui - inside ugh", bad luck, annoying.
