Da apprezzare in assoluto il Navesel e poi di ottima qualità il Marzemino, il pinot grigio e la Schiava. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La famiglia Simoncelli, molto ospitale e gentile, forma un'ottima squadra e con passione produce vini eccezionali, assolutamente tutti da provare, che da molti anni proponiamo a La Papperia di Alzate Brianza (CO), . Strepitose le bollicine del TRENTO DOC, spumante dal sapore secco spuma briosa e duratura, perlage fine e persistente, profumo intenso gradevole che ricorda la mela, la pesca e un chiaro sentore di lievito (crosta di pane). E' consigliabile inoltre acquistare e “dimenticare” in cantina il NAVESEL, dopo qualche anno vi gusterete una piacevolissima sorpresa.
