La persona che ho trovato è stata molto gentile perché mi ha accolta bene e ha fatto tutte le diagnosi del caso, nonostante la ditta stesse per chiudere per ferie. Fino a qui tutto bene. Il problema che ho riscontrato è dovuto al preventivo. Mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto cambiare entrambe le bobine, le candele e i fili che collegano. Tornando a casa (per fortuna a questo punto) la macchina ha perso di giri motore così ho chiamato il meccanico di famiglia che, seppur in ferie, mi ha cambiato il pezzo mal funzionante (la bobina in questione) e non tutto quello che mi era stato detto che dovevo sostituire (che mi sarebbe costato 200 e rotti euro a detta della persona che ho trovato). Do quindi 1 stella per l'accoglienza, zero per onestà.
I had an engine problem today which turned out to be due to one of the two coils. The person I found was very kind because he welcomed me well and made all the necessary diagnoses, despite the fact that the company was about to close for holidays. So far so good. The problem I encountered is due to the quote. I was told that I would have to change both the coils, the spark plugs and the wires that connect. Returning home (luckily at this point) the car lost engine revs so I called the family mechanic who, albeit on vacation, changed the malfunctioning part (the reel in question) and not everything I had. was told that I had to replace (which would have cost me 200 and broken euros according to the person I found). I therefore give 1 star for hospitality, zero for honesty.
