Vi ho visti dalla finestra, bastava dire che era chiuso e sarei tornato un'altra volta, ora invece non torno proprio. Complimenti e saluti. Che dire, sarà una tappa obbligatoria ogno volta che passeremo da quelle parti :-) Returning after more than a year we once again found fantastic cheeses, superb yogurt ice cream! What can I say, it will be a mandatory stop every time we pass over there :-)

Il latte delle capre allevate in loco viene lavorato nell'attiguo caseificio a "metro zero". Grandioso! Fabulous goat cheeses declined in many ways and other delicacies (yogurt, spreads, ricotta, ...). The milk from locally raised goats is processed in the adjacent "zero meter" dairy. Great!
t	tonel brici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il caseificio San Gregorio l'ho conosciuto in Fiera quando è stata la Radio Amatori 2021, mi hanno fatto assaggiare un Frozen yogurt di capra buonissimo, il termine non rende l'idea una cremosità unica perfettamente bilanciato tra il dolce e l'acido unico nel suo genere e faccio i complimenti anche al personale specialmente al titolare molto cordiali. I met the San Gregorio dairy at the Fair when it was Radio Amatori 2021, they made me taste a very good Frozen yogurt goat, the term does not convey the idea of a unique creaminess perfectly balanced between the sweet and the acid unique in the his kind and I also congratulate the staff especially the very friendly owner.

Formaggi vari , latte , yogurt bianco , budino a tre gusti vaniglia , cioccolato e nocciola , e il buonissimo yogurt frozen . Situato poco prima di arrivare al castello di aviano sulla destra , ben indicato . Lo stra consiglio . Really good products, all goat milk. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di poter assistere ad un parto gemellare. Bellissimo vedere come la natura sia così precisa nei suoi tempi e dimostrare la naturalezza e tenerezza. Le nascite erano assistite ed aiutate nelle difficoltà da Roberta, veramente un'assistente di sala parto. In azienda vi è la latteria per la produzione dei formaggi ed i suoi derivati, tutto tassativamente prodotto dal latte delle locali capre, che è di una squisitezza unica. Possiamo dire di aver trascorso una mattinata didattica , merita una visita e provare i prodotti dell'azienda, sicuramente non si torna indietro. Complimenti per il vostro impegno e la professionalità dimostrata. The births were assisted and helped in difficulties by Roberta, truly a delivery room assistant. In the company there is the dairy for the production of cheeses and its derivatives, all strictly produced from the milk of the local goats, which is of a unique delicacy. We can say that we spent an educational morning, it is worth a visit and try the company's products, certainly there is no turning back.
