Personalmente adoro in estate il formaggio fermentato (gonfio) di produzione propria venduto ad un prezzaccio. Dairy well stocked with cheeses and more. There are also wonderful sopresse de casada and cold cuts of different types. Personally, in the summer I love the fermented (swollen) cheese of own production sold at a price.

Per esigenze di conservazione ottimale facevo mettere diversi prodotti sotto vuoto. Ritengo però che far pagare 0,41 centesimi per ogni singolo sottovuoto, a prescindere dal peso (anche 7/8 etti di formaggio e quindi con grande incidenza percentuale), sia davvero molto esagerato in particolare a fronte di spese con importi complessivi superiori ai 100 euro. In più, invece di applicare sconti e/o artontondamenti a favore del cliente viste le quantità acquistate, venivano anche addebitati i 10 centesimi classici per ogni borsa di plastica erogata. Peccato, perché i prodotti non sono male con particolare riferimento ai formaggi, ma tali fastidiosi richieste scoraggiano il cliente che si sente oltremodo penalizzato in caso di acquisti numerosi. Appare forse inutile, fuorviante ed antitetico sbandierare con cartelli colorati sconti sui singoli formaggi azzerati poi da tali fastidiosi balzelli. Spero che questa recensione possa essere recepita costruttivamente dalla proprietà. I happened to go to this dairy several times to buy local products.
