Con l’ultima generazione nasce anche la produzione di bottiglie seguita dai giovani titolari Luca e Matteo De Rosso entrambi periti agrari. L’azienda comprende 10 ettari frammentati su diverse zone limitrofe. Tutte le vigne vengono seguite con un’accortezza particolare all’ambiente circostante secondo i principi di una viticoltura integrata che consente di ottenere una produzione sostenibile in modo meno impattante possibile. La passione per la terra è il vero motore che si cela dietro l’intera filiera produttiva, con un’attenzione particolare rivolta alle tecniche viticole, all’equilibrio dei vigneti e alla selezione. E’ da qui che si parte per ottenere un prodotto di qualità senza cedere a compromessi commerciali e a logiche produttive cercando di racchiudere in bottiglia solo le migliori espressioni delle loro vigne. The Le Volpere farm is a small family-run business with strong roots in this area and the cultivation of vineyards. With the latest generation, the production of bottles was also followed by the young owners Luca and Matteo De Rosso, both agricultural experts. The company includes 10 fragmented hectares on several neighboring areas. All the vines are followed with a particular care for the surrounding environment according to the principles of an integrated viticulture that allows to obtain a sustainable production in a less impacting way as possible. The passion for the earth is the real engine behind the entire production chain, with particular attention paid to viticultural techniques, the balance of vineyards and selection. It is from here that we start to obtain a quality product without giving in to commercial compromises and production logics trying to enclose in the bottle only the best expressions of their vines.
