★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’azienda agricola Ronfini Leonardo è situata in Col San Martino nel cuore della zona del Prosecco DOC di Conegliano e Valdobbiadene; il suo titolare, Leonardo, eredita la passione per il vino dai suoi genitori, nonché dai nonni Giuseppe e Vittore. All’inizio l’azienda era vissuta come un attività complementare, e solo con l’ingresso di Leonardo l’azienda agricola ha potenziato il ciclo produttivo proponendosi come obbiettivo l’ottenere uve di qualità pregiata, ricche di tenore zuccherino e di aromi intensi, nel rispetto dell’ambiente e al fine di garantire un prodotto sano e genuino; ciò significa non sfruttare le piante e il terreno, e rinunciare a produzioni abbondanti.
Ancora oggi la coltivazione dei vigneti è praticata manualmente per le caratteristiche del territorio collinare, mentre la vinificazione viene fatta avvalendosi di impianti tecnologici all’avanguardia per ottenere un vino che rispecchi la tipicità del territorio.
The Ronfini Leonardo farm is located in Col San Martino in the heart of the Prosecco DOC area of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene; its owner, Leonardo, inherits the passion for wine from his parents, as well as from his grandparents Giuseppe and Vittore. At the beginning the company had lived as a complementary activity, and only with the entry of Leonardo the farm has strengthened the productive cycle proposing as objective the obtaining of quality grapes, rich in sugar content and intense aromas, respecting the environment and in order to guarantee a healthy and genuine product; this means not exploiting the plants and the soil, and renouncing abundant production.
Still today the cultivation of the vineyards is practiced manually due to the characteristics of the hilly territory, while the vinification is made using cutting-edge technological systems to obtain a wine that reflects the typicality of the territory.
