L’opera iniziata dall’omonimo fondatore, subito dopo la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, si perpetua oggi nella dedizione dei discendenti, arricchendosi nel tempo con l’esperienza di intere vite trascorse nelle vigne e in cantina. Così di anno in anno si rinnova con meticolosa cura ogni fase della produzione: dalla gestione del vigneto, rispettosa dell’ambiente e della biodiversità, alla scelta delle uve, alla raccolta a mano nei cesti, alla pigiatura soffice, al controllo della temperatura di fermentazione, per giungere infine alla spumantizzazione in tino chiuso del solo succo primo fiore. E’ in tal modo, con l’unico scopo di ottenere il meglio di quanto possono dare le pregiate uve di colle, che nascono i vini e gli spumanti Adamo Canel. Una visita alle vigne ed alle Cantine, costruite nell’Ottocento affianco alla villa settecentesca che costituisce la sede dell’azienda, una degustazione tra gli archi della barchessa, dove è possibile accompagnare i vini con prelibati salumi e formaggi locali, saranno per il visitatore una gradita riscoperta di invitanti sensazioni ed un lieto relax. In Col San Martino, a pleasant town in the heart of the D.O.C.G area, there is the Adamo Canel Winery: a family business, dedicated to staying that way. The work begun by the eponymous founder, immediately after the Second World War, is perpetuated today in the dedication of the descendants, enriching over time with the experience of entire lives spent in the vineyards and in the cellar. So from year to year, every phase of production is renewed with meticulous care: from the management of the vineyard, respectful of the environment and biodiversity, to the choice of grapes, to hand-harvesting in baskets, to soft crushing, to the control of fermentation temperature , to finally reach the sparkling wine in the closed vat of only the first flower juice. It is in this way, with the sole purpose of obtaining the best of what the fine hill grapes can give, that the wines and sparkling wines of Adamo Canel are born. A visit to the vineyards and to the cellars, built in the nineteenth century next to the eighteenth-century villa that constitutes the company headquarters, a tasting among the arches of the barchessa, where it is possible to accompany the wines with delicious salami and local cheeses, will be for the visitor a welcome rediscovery of inviting sensations and happy relaxation.

m	morenofavarotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potrei sembrare un po' di parte perché son più di 40 anni che son amico di Vincenzo e della sua famiglia, ma certamente non sbaglio quando affermo che quello dei Canel è il Prosecco più onesto, sincero, libero, sano, al profumo di fatica, al sapore dell'amore, responsabile.....ma come tutti aggettivi che sembrano poco adatti ad un vino???? ma pensateci bene Se vino vi restituisce tutte queste sensazioni, quali aggettivi aggiungereste voi?????? I might seem a bit biased because I have been a friend of Vincenzo and his family for more than 40 years, but I certainly am not wrong when I say that the Canel Prosecco is the most honest, sincere, free, healthy Prosecco, with the scent of fatigue, to the taste of love, responsible ..... but like all adjectives that seem unsuitable for a wine ???? but think about it If wine gives you back all these sensations, which adjectives would you add? ?????
M	Matteo Brunello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location molto bella, sono andato per acquistare delle bottiglie di prosecco "desgropante" e il Mastro vinaio che mi ha accolto è stato squisito: mi ha fatto fare il giro dell'azienda vinicola facendomi apprezzare ancora di più il prodotto con tanto di assaggio finale, inoltre mi spiegava il mestiere e le usanze di una volta, una persona davvero di altri tempi che ha reso il semplice acquisto di qualche bottiglia un'esperienza che non ha prezzo. L'unica cosa che mi dispiace è che più persone non conoscano i loro prodotti e non vengano a visitare e nutrirsi non solo di vino e altre cibarie ma di quello che molto di più ha da offrire questa cantina. Consigliatissimo. Very nice location, I went to buy bottles of "desgropante" prosecco and the master vintner who welcomed me was exquisite: he made me go around the winery making me appreciate even more the product with a lot of final tasting, he also explained to me the craft and customs of the past, a person from times gone by who made the simple purchase of a few bottles an experience that is priceless. The only thing I regret is that more people do not know their products and do not come to visit and feed not only on wine and other food but on what much more this winery has to offer. Highly recommended.

Ottimi i vini fatti assaggiare dal proprietario, dai classici Conegliano-Valdobbiadene al loro prosecco tranquillo e al "desgropante" prosecco fermentato in bottiglia. Very beautiful the whole context with house and cellar at the foot of the cultivated hill. Excellent wines tasted by the owner, from the classic Conegliano-Valdobbiadene to their quiet prosecco and the "desgropante" prosecco fermented in the bottle.
