★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un vero tesoro nascosto fra queste montagne aspre e difficili di Abruzzo , nonostante tutti gli ostacoli che i nostri burocrati inventano per chi lavora onestamente , nonostante pensino che le strade sperdute di montagna non debbano essere riparate . Mozzarelle, ricotta , caciotte fresche e stagionate prodotte con la sapienza della nostra tradizione ed il latte delle nostre terre , non quello sospetto importato dall estero . Dopo aver pranzato divinamente dalla signora Paola di fronte all Abbazia di San Bartolomeo, a pochi metri abbiamo trovato questa piccola azienda e Debora ci ha accolti con gentilezza e un bel sorriso . Venite qui.
A true treasure hidden among these harsh and difficult mountains of Abruzzo, despite all the obstacles that our bureaucrats invent for those who work honestly, despite the fact that they think that the lost mountain roads should not be repaired. Mozzarella, ricotta, fresh and seasoned caciotte produced with the wisdom of our tradition and the milk of our lands, not the suspect imported from abroad. After having divinely lunched by Mrs Paola in front of the Abbey of San Bartolomeo, a few meters away we found this small company and Debora welcomed us with kindness and a beautiful smile. Come here.
