F	Francesco Belfiori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potenzialmente splendido (non curata pulizia interna ed esterna: tutto ricordava un eterno cantiere aperto), di certo suggestivo, collocato in un ambiente molto bello, manca di adeguata guida (scritta) che aiuti a capire (c'è un solo cartellone, all'esterno...). Per chi è in cerca di tranquillità e sostanza, piuttosto che della forma. Unica vera pecca, l'esterno pare lasciato alle ortiche, specialmente la parte in basso con panchine e tavoli. Potentially splendid (uncluttered internal and external cleaning: everything reminded us of an eternal open construction site), certainly suggestive, located in a very beautiful environment, lacking adequate (written) guidance that helps you understand (there is only one billboard, at the external...). For those in search of tranquility and substance rather than form. The only real flaw, the exterior seems to be left to the nettles, especially the lower part with benches and tables.

(Praticamente c'è solo la qualità perché non ho speso praticamente niente) Closed ...... But in front of it there is an exceptional restaurant for quality price !!!! Ha un bel parco intorno, un comodo ristorante, vicinissimo. Ci sono anche gli scavi del vecchio convento. A fortress, Cistercian abbey, very beautiful, is always open because the caretaker lives in the house opposite. It has a nice park around, a comfortable restaurant, very close. There are also excavations of the old convent.
S	Signor Klingon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un piccolo gioiello, incastonato fra i monti aspri di Abruzzo , ai piedi del gran sasso , nel cuore del parco, il colore grigio di queste rocce calcaree , invecchiate dai secoli sono un tutt uno col paesaggio, con lo sfondo della Maiella innevata . D altri tempi l accesso libero e le porte aperte , confidando nel rispetto devoto dei visitatori . Vale la pena percorrere qualche chilometro in più, attraverso queste strade panoramiche , non sempre facili , per arrivare fin qui , fuori dal mondo . Di fronte c é anche un ottimo ristorante con lo stesso nome dell Abbazia. A small jewel, nestled between the rugged mountains of Abruzzo, at the foot of the great stone, in the heart of the park, the gray color of these limestone rocks, aged for centuries, are all one with the landscape, with the backdrop of the snow-covered Maiella. In other times, free access and open doors, trusting in the devout respect of visitors. It is worth traveling a few kilometers more, through these scenic roads, not always easy, to get here, out of the world. Opposite there is also an excellent restaurant with the same name of the Abbey.
