V	Virmantas Jucius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a place you really must visit if you have a chance. We had a brief tour around the vinyard which helps to build up the enthusiasm. Then there is the wine tasting process.. The wine at this winery is fabulous and food that comes along with the wine is just fantastic. But the best part for me was the staff, who were very caring, joyful and made this visit a time to remember. 10 stars out of 5.

Food and wine are priced considerably, there is a variety of food on the menu, the staff were always looking to give us the best experience by coming over having a chat etc. and some of the wine selections here are terrific. Would definitely recommend if in the area.
C	Cristi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really want to recommend this Winery. It is 15 minutes by door from the train station, so verybaccessivleyeven without car. They have tasting menus with Winery visits and meal from 30 euros per person. You get a tour of the vineyard (we did it by a small vehicle like a golf cart), tasting of prosecco and 3 wines and then the meal. We chose the Vesuvius 30 euro and it was a good deal : bruschetti, salumi e frommagi, pasta with delicious tomato sauce and desert with limoncello shot. Good wines, we appreciated the wines and good value for prices. The staff was kind, the wines good and the experience overall great, including the booking by e-mail. They have accommodation and horses as well.

Margarita arranged the Grand Cru dinner for us with a charcuterie board, cheese ravioli with vesuvian tomato sauce, steak with veggies, and finally tirimiau for dessert. Anthony took wonderful care of us assuring we had perfect timing for our courses on top of giving us professional explanations of all of the 5 wines we tried (in addition to the limoncello to go with dessert). His knowledge of wine was beyond impressive. This winery stands out by using traditional Roman methods by aging their white wines in Terra cotta vases; you will never have such a special experience. This was one of the highlights of our Italian vacation and if I ever return to the area I will be visiting again for much more wine and food. To end our wonderful meal, Margarita offered us a final aperitif of an apricot liquor- that pushed this experience over the top. Cannot recommend them more highly!

Menu is not extensive but they will try to accommodate even the most difficult diets. Definitely a must go if you spend the evening in Pompei. Reservation recommended
L	Lois Arbogast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to Bosco de’ Medici for lunch with three of our kids after a morning at Pompeii. All I can say is WOW! From the tour of the winery and stunning property, to the carefully selected menu options, and the exceptional wine, we were blown away. We had one of the best meals we’ve experienced since moving to Italy and the icing on the cake was the staff and their clear passion for their crafts. We enjoyed taking to and learning from both our waiter and sommelier, as well as our tour guide who explained the process they use to age their wines in clay pots, like the Romans did. Overall, it was a lovely day and experience and we cannot wait to bring visitors here when they come to Italy! Prior to this visit I had also attended a grape stomping event here and had the same wonderful experience, but in the outdoor event area under the pergola. Both times, the service, food, and wine have been impeccable! One of our favorite places in Italy, for sure.
t	thomas braden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place for a lunch outing from Naples! We started our day with a drive up Mt. Vesuvio and a short 1.5 mile hike. Then we drove down for wine tasting and lunch at Bosco de 'Medici and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves surrounded by the small vineyard and friendly and outgoing staff. We did the lunch menu and tasted their wine which all had beautiful colors. We came home with a nice bottle of rose and some delicious olive oil, too. This is a reasonably priced lunch place that was easy to enjoy on a beautiful sunday afternoon - I highly recommend it.

We were provided the tour by Nadia, and enjoyed our meal and wine selections with Anthony and Francesco. Everyone was extremely friendly and concerned with how we were enjoying our experience. The wine was spectacular and the food was both beautiful and delicious. This area of Pompeii was refreshing to see and visit; a little more reserved and less crowded with tourists. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend others to visit if they are in the area and want a relaxing afternoon! Thank you Nadia, Anthony, and Francesco (especially for the smiles and singing!)
