I commessi sono molto gentili ed accoglienti e anche buoni perché mi si era rotta la busta dove c'era dentro il cigno di vetro che avevo comprato... Il cigno mi si era rotto ed ro molto dispiaciuta. Rivado da loro e il commesso molto gentile mi ha regalato un'altro cigno e un cavallino verdi e non mi hanno fatto pagare niente... Sono stati fantastici e MOLTO BUONI☺️☺️ I went with the class for a trip, to see the modeling of glass, and it was amazing. The clerks are very kind and welcoming and also good because I had broken the envelope where there was inside the glass swan I had bought ... The swan had broken and I was very sorry. I stayed with them and the very kind salesman gave me another swan and a green pony and they did not charge me anything ... They were fantastic and VERY GOOD!

In the shop there are original pieces and the prices are fair. Beware of the smart guys scattered around the island ... "az N ° 1" ???

Possibile una dimostrazione anche alla domenica mattina, senza prenotazione né pagamento di biglietti. Noi poi abbiamo acquistato con grande soddisfazione dei bellissimi bicchieri. Vivamente consigliata. Wonderful objects, kind staff, great availability. The environment seemed genuine and artisanal to us and not the usual tourist trap. A demonstration is also possible on Sunday morning, without booking or paying for tickets. We then bought with great satisfaction some beautiful glasses. Highly recommended.

Il maestro Sandro è davvero gentile e spiega in modo chiaro tutte le fasi della lavorazione. Semplice ma ricca e colorata la bottega con le sue realizzazioni fatte rigorosamente in modo artigianale. Grazie per la bella esperienza! This is the Murano furnace to visit which is located near the Venier stop! The master Sandro is really kind and clearly explains all the stages of processing. The shop is simple but rich and colorful with its rigorously handcrafted creations. Thanks for the great experience!

Personale meraviglioso che non solo offre consigli e spiegazioni riguardo gli oggetti esposti in negozio e la loro lavorazione ma propone dimostrazioni gratuite di lavorazione del vetro. Nel negozio sono in vendita pezzi unici e a prezzi modici. È stata un'esperienza meravigliosa, non vedo l'ora di tornare! Fantastic setting that has nothing to do with the tourist shops on the main canal. Wonderful staff who not only offer advice and explanations about the objects displayed in the shop and their processing but also offer free demonstrations of glass processing. The shop sells unique pieces at moderate prices. It was a wonderful experience, can't wait to go back!

In questo periodo era una delle poche aperte e che offriva una dimostrazione gratuita. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la gentilezza e la disponibilità nell'offrire gratuitamente una dimostrazione in un periodo così difficile che sappiamo bene a causa dei costi del gas e non solo. Premetto che non è la nostra prima volta in una vetreria, non solo a Murano ma anche in Val d'Arno. Ebbene l'abilità del Maestro Frattin ci ha stupito. Abbiamo acquistato un servizio di bicchieri favoloso che abbiamo ancora più apprezzato giunti a casa. Non esito a raccomandare questo indirizzo a chiunque si trovi a Murano. Ringrazio ancora il Maestro Frattin per la gentilezza ed ospitalità e la Signora nell'esposizione per le spiegazioni e la cortesia. Vi auguro buon lavoro perché lo meritate ! Wandering around Murano we accidentally came across this glass factory, a little outside the most touristic area and closer to the vaporetto landing. At this time it was one of the few open and offering a free demonstration. We very much appreciated the kindness and availability in offering a free demonstration in such a difficult period that we know well due to the costs of gas and more. I state that it is not our first time in a glass factory, not only in Murano but also in Val d'Arno. Well, the skill of Maestro Frattin amazed us. We purchased a fabulous set of glasses which we enjoyed even more when we arrived home. I have no hesitation in recommending this address to anyone in Murano. I again thank Maestro Frattin for his kindness and hospitality and the Lady in the exhibition for the explanations and courtesy. I wish you good work because you deserve it!
M	Miles Fidelman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glass gallery, just off the harbor - we walked in while waiting for a Vaporetto. A lot of touristy stuff, made elsewhere. But also their own glassblowers and some REALLY nice art glass. Also a very pleasant, and very effective saleswoman (just kept going, without being obnoxious - impressed the heck out of me). I saw a couple of art glass pieces that I really liked, but really didn't want to carry around (and I was, and am) afraid of my cats knocking them over. To second: "if your cat breaks, it, ship it back, we'll fix it" - of course not really serious on either of our parts (I have them out of reach) - but to the first "we can ship it" then gave a good shipping price and discount, then a REALLY nice discount on the other piece I kept eying. Then threw in a couple of small pieces (a glass necklace for my wife, a small paperweight). The pieces showed up about 6 weeks later, incredibly well packed - now sitting on my desk (well protected from cats).

Sandro happily gave us a demonstration in the back of the shop, and chatted with me about business in covid times, and life as an artisan in one of the tourism capitals of the world. Sandro showed me a sign that says "buon giorno", in the shop, he says it reminds people to say hello when they come in. As a tourist these shops and places like Venice feel transactional and a "dime a dozen", but really we just need to take some time to understand the art, the culture, and the heritage behind the facade. We bought a gorgeous plate from Sandro, and had a lovely warm conversation, I want to return the favour by sending him some good karma.
