★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se capitate tra le Langhe ed il Monferrato dovete fare assolutamente un salto da Simone Cerruti ed assaggiare i suoi vini! Ragazzo autentico, che si è costruito la sua azienda praticamente da solo, passo dopo passo. Grande attenzione per il Moscato Bianco di Canelli, sia nella versione tradizionalmente dolce, che da lui si può acquistare anche in bottiglie con qualche anno di invecchiamento, sia nella versione secca con cui produce il suo Nicchia esCAMOtage. Coltivatore di vigneti eroici non produce solo Moscato, ma anche un ottimo Nizza e Barbera d'Asti. Presto usciranno dalla sua nuova cantina alcune chicche: un vino bianco artigianale ed un langhe freisa che è già una bomba ora che riposa in legno figuriamoci quando sarà poi in bottiglia!
Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una cantina artigianale!
If you happen to be between the Langhe and Monferrato, you absolutely must stop by Simone Cerruti and taste his wines! Authentic guy, who built his company practically by himself, step by step. Great attention is paid to Moscato Bianco di Canelli, both in the traditionally sweet version, which can also be purchased from him in bottles with a few years of aging, and in the dry version with which he produces his Nicchia esCAMOtage. Heroic vineyard grower not only produces Moscato, but also excellent Nizza and Barbera d'Asti. Soon some goodies will come out of his new cellar: an artisanal white wine and a langhe freisa that is already a bomb now resting in wood let alone when it is bottled!
Highly recommended for those looking for an artisan cellar!
