M	Michael Watson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ottime macchine, se cerchi qualità nel usato, la trovi. purtroppo non tutto il personale è gentile. mi hanno chiesto più volte un documento che avevo già mandato e anche presentato di persona. prima di andare in concessionaria (non sapevo fossero barchetti ma Autook), ho chiamato la barchetti chiedendo una macchina al che la signorina al telefono mi ha subito interrotto per dirmi che non avevano una macchina come l'avrei voluta io... (non avevo nemmeno finito di dire cosa volevo, ne nello specifico ne nelle altre opzioni) senza offrirmi alternativa. poi in concessionaria alcuni sono molto gentili, altri no... sembra che ti stiano facendo un piacere a venderti una macchina excellent machines, if you are looking for quality used, you will find it. unfortunately not all the staff are nice. they asked me several times for a document that I had already sent and also presented in person. before going to the dealership (I didn't know they were Barchetti but Autook), I called Barchetti asking for a car to which the young lady on the phone immediately interrupted me to tell me that they did not have a car as I would have wanted it ... (I did not have not even finished saying what I wanted, neither specifically nor in the other options) without offering me an alternative. then in the dealership some are very nice, others not ... it seems that they are doing you a pleasure by selling you a car

Consiglio questo concessionaria. I bought my latest car here, absolutely satisfied by all the staff, especially the super seller Marco Comper, I was treated and looked after well and what about an exceptional car. Sie geben 1Jahr Garantie, sie reparieren aber nix wirklich, ziehen es so lange hinaus, bis die Garantie verfällt... Ich würde dieses Autohaus Nie weiter empfehlen Super friendly before buying a car, then super unfriendly as soon as something breaks! Especially the nice office lady... They give a 1 year guarantee, but they don't really fix anything, they keep it until the guarantee expires... I would never recommend this dealership

Sono stati gentili fino all'acquisto, nel momento i cui mi sono rivolto a loro per un difetto della macchina sono stato liquidato senza nessuna disponibilità a risolvere il problema e mi sono dovuto rivolgere ad un'autofficina a mie spese. More than poor service. I bought the car from them less than a year ago. They were polite until the purchase, when I contacted them for a defect in the car I was liquidated without any willingness to solve the problem and I had to go to a garage at my expense.

Non comprerò mai più una macchina in questa concessionaria e sicuramente non la consiglierò. Non sono mai stato trattato così male da un rivenditore auto. Used car withdrawn today. Completely dissatisfied !! Work to be performed (promised and written by the seller) not performed. Nasty liquidated. I will never buy a car at this dealership again and will definitely not recommend it. I have never been treated so badly by an auto dealer.

Dopo più di un mese mi viene consegnata con vari problemi nonostante abbiamo scritto nel contratto di vendita che è stato tutto verificato e accertato, si sono rifiutati di farmi passare i pezzi in garanzia e quindi per ripararla ho dovuto spendere soldi di tasca mia. Mai più da questi e spero che il karma gli colpisca il più duramente possibile dato che nelle recensioni c'è gente che dice la stessa cosa.
