Oltre alla visita alla vigna e alla cantina, ci siamo accomodati per la degustazione, con un ottimo tagliere di prodotti locali e soprattutto l'assaggio di 4 vini. Dire quale mi sia piaciuto di più e veramente difficile forse il barbera superiore e il moscato sono quelli che mi hanno colpito maggiormente! Grazie per la bella esperienza! Consigliato!

I due giovanissimi trasmettono tutta la loro voglia di emergere con vinificazioni innovative, ma senza dimenticare la tradizione enologica della zona; la Barbera è la vera protagonista, vestita in 3 abiti differenti tra loro: - la classica, veste casual, adatta ad ogni occasione - la superiore, dà quel tocco di serietà in più, quasi come un abito, ma senza esagerare - la riserva è vino da smoking, da serata importante, un vino di rara intensità Senza poi dimenticare le "bolle" a base PN e Chardonnay. Bravi ragazzi! Saturday in Cantina Riboli everything was perfect: truly unique welcome, with Roberto and Riccardo who act as guides between the vineyards of the estate and the premises suitable for the production of their wines. The two very young transmit all their desire to emerge with innovative vinifications, but without forgetting the winemaking tradition of the area; Barbera is the real protagonist, dressed in 3 different dresses: - the classic, casual dress, suitable for any occasion - the upper, gives that extra touch of seriousness, almost like a dress, but without exaggerating - the Riserva is a tuxedo wine, for an important evening, a wine of rare intensity Without forgetting the "bubbles" based on PN and Chardonnay. Eccellenti sia per caratteristiche visive, olfattive e gusto i vini assaggiati e una menzione speciale alla qualità della Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG Mappale 41. Un'esperienza che suggerirei caldamente e che mi ripropongo di rinnovare annualmente. Thank you both for the courtesy and for the clarity and competence of the explanations from which we were able to understand, in addition to the reason for the quality of the wines in the tasting at the end of the detailed visit on Saturday 07/05, also the enthusiasm you are putting into your work and you know how to convey. The wines tasted are excellent both for visual, olfactory and taste characteristics and a special mention for the quality of the Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG Mappale 41. An experience that I would highly recommend and that I intend to renew annually.
E	Elena Ferioli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio questa recensione con il cuore, ci è stata regalata questa degustazione x Natale dal figlio di una coppia di amici e ieri con loro l'abbiamo utilizzata, è stata un'esperienza fantastica in tutti i suoi passaggi, dal passeggiare tra i vigneti ascoltando Roberto che ci spiegava come avviene la produzione, visitare l'interno della cantina al degustare gli ottimi vini che lui con fratello e papà producono; vedere dei ragazzi così giovani ma con tanta voglia di fare è una cosa meravigliosa. I loro vini sono tutti ottimi, consiglio a chi vuole vivere un'esperienza così bella di prenotare una degustazione che sicuramente rimarrà soddisfattissimo e non tornerà a casa senza avere tra le mani qualche ottima bottiglia della cantina Riboli. Grazie di ❤️ I do this review with my heart, we were given this tasting for Christmas by the son of a couple of friends and yesterday we used it with them, it was a fantastic experience in all its steps, from walking through the vineyards listening to Roberto who explained to us how the production takes place, to visit the inside of the cellar to taste the excellent wines that he and his brother and father produce; to see guys so young but with a great desire to do is a wonderful thing. Their wines are all excellent, I recommend to those who want to live such a beautiful experience to book a tasting that will surely be very satisfied and will not return home without having some excellent bottles from the Riboli winery in their hands.
