Abbiamo potuto assaggiare tutti i prodotti di stagione, verdure che avevano il sapore di una volta, per cui il condimento non è neppure necessario se si vuole apprezzare il vero gusto degli ortaggi. Ho visto i miei figli mangiare i pomodorini come fossero ciliege, la mia vicina a cui avevamo fatto assaggiare le zucchine chiedercene ancora, insalate e lattughe piene di vita,.... se una persona è attenta coglie la qualità di un prodotto e la cura con cui è stato fatto crescere. Non è solo gusto, .... è salute, è vita!!! Le coltivazioni tutte improntate al biodinamico offrono frutti con sapori ormai dimenticati. Corredano il tutto Elena e Luca, persone vere, con la loro accoglienza autentica. Merita andare per una vasta gamma di motivi, una evasione dalla frenesia della vita di tutti i giorni. Si ha anche l'occasione di fare incontri ravvicinati con animali selvatici di cui ormai si legge solo sui libri, io per la prima volta in vita mia ho visto una donnola. Mangiando prodotti da agricoltura biologica coltivati nel proprio orto immerso nel verde. Se osservi puoi scovare caprioli, lepri, scoiattoli e altri animali selvatici. Un luogo che ti permette di ritrovarti e di sentirti a casa. Grazie Elena e Luca. Lamponi strepitosi! Elena e Luca vi accoglieranno per un tour rustico fra i campi...vale la pena andarci solo per la pace e la vista del castello di Canossa.
