Però quando ho avuto bisogno per questioni importanti - la persona con cui mi sono interfacciato - Livia M. - mi ha fatto ricredere. Si è sempre dimostrata disponibile e preparata, ed empatica dal primo colloquio al telefono fino al giorno delle mie dimissioni per inseguire la mia carriera turistica. Si vede che è preparata, e ama il suo lavoro! È sempre calma, e rassicurante. Non l'ho mai conosciuta di persona, ma ha fatto la differenza sul mood di lavoro durante questa breve esperienza con loro in un epoca giá difficile. Mi ha offerto l'opportunità di fare il colloquio per un altra azienda quando ero sull'orlo di un esaurimento (il quale ho rifiutato perché il mio cuore batte per l'hotellerie). Grazie Livia! Ho fatto il colloquio per la commessa di Intesa San Paolo, proveniendo dal settore turistico -fermo a causa della pandemia- avevo bisogno di un'occupazione temporanea fino alla ripartenza del settore. Il wellfare sul lavoro in Covisian dipende dalla commessa per cui lavori, e dal team di lavoro. Il mio non era dei più facili. Ma sicuramente l'unico rammarico di lasciare questo lavoro, è per il rapporto professionale con le risorse umane dell'agenzia. Grazie! But when I needed for important matters - the person I interfaced with - Livia M. - made me think again. She has always been available and prepared, and empathetic from the first interview on the phone until the day of my resignation to pursue my tourism career. You can see she is prepared, and she loves her job! She is always calm, and reassuring. I never met her in person, but she made a difference in the mood of work during this brief experience with them in an already difficult time. He offered me the opportunity to interview for another company when I was on the verge of exhaustion (which I turned down because my heart is beating for the hotel business). Thanks Livia! I did the interview for the Intesa San Paolo contract, coming from the tourism sector - stopped due to the pandemic - I needed temporary employment until the sector started up again. Well-doing at work in Covisian depends on the job you work for, and the work team. Mine was not the easiest. But surely the only regret of leaving this job is for the professional relationship with the human resources of the agency. Thank you!
