★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non solo con questa sede di Gi Group ma con quella nel Torinese in generale ho avuto una pessima pessima ma proprio pessima esperienza.
Dopo mesi che mando curriculum non hanno mai avuto la briga di farmi un colloquio per potermi valutare dal vivo, invece, dopo un primo periodo, hanno iniziato a ritenermi immediatamente non idoneo anche per posizioni senza esperienza o in apprendistato...
Ma la ciliegina sulla torta è stata quando mi invitano Loro ad iscrivermi ad un programma di manager in training per la roadhouse per poi subito troncare la candidatura.
Per la mia esperienza sconsiglio a chiunque di averci a che fare.
Not only with this Gi Group headquarters but with the one in the Turin area in general I had a very bad but really bad experience.
After months that I send curriculum have never had the trouble to give me an interview to be able to evaluate me live, instead, after a first period, they started to consider me immediately not suitable even for positions without experience or in apprenticeship ...
But the icing on the cake was when they invited me to sign up for a roadhouse manager training program and then immediately end the candidacy.
In my experience I do not recommend anyone to deal with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognose e incompetenti!!!! Dopo che ho provato a chiedere, più volte, chi si occupava di una determinata offerta di lavoro, mi sono sentito dire "si scordi quell'annuncio! Lo dimentichi!!" Ancora adesso mi chiedo perché ho preso parte, quì a Torino, ai buoni servizi al lavoro! Chi era disoccupato è rimasto tale...ci ha guadagnato solo l'agenzia per il Lavoro o presunta tale.
Shameful and incompetent !!!! After I tried to ask, several times, who took care of a specific job offer, I heard "forget that announcement! Even now I wonder why I took part, here in Turin, to the good services at work! Those who were unemployed remained so ... only the agency for the Work or the presumed one gained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, rispondono una volta su dieci e quando chiedi documenti che hanno solo loro, spariscono e diventano irrintracciabili.
Bad service, they answer once in ten and when you ask for documents that only they have, they disappear and become untraceable.

Dopo 10 anni con loro, non solo mi hanno lasciato a casa da un giorno all'altro, ma successivamente ho pure scoperto che non ci avevano mai pagato i premi produzione che ci spettavano (rigoroso silenzio). Ma gli è andata male, dopo 4 anni di "causa" hanno pagato e con gli interessi. Altre agenzie sono molto più serie o almeno sono meno complici.
Eyes open! After 10 years with them, not only did they leave me at home overnight, but later I also discovered that they had never paid us the production awards we were entitled to (strict silence). But it went badly, after 4 years of "cause" they paid and with interest. Other agencies are much more serious or at least less complicit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 15 giorni di corso (8h al giorno, inclusa vigilia di Pasqua..) per assistenza clienti inbound settore energia sono spariti. Avrebbero dovuto mandare contratto ma sono diventati di colpo irreperibili al telefono e mail (???).La cosa che ferisce è proprio la mancanza di chiarezza e trasparenza.
After 15 days of courses (8h a day, including Easter Eve ..) for inbound customer service in the energy sector they disappeared. They should have sent the contract but they have suddenly become unavailable on the phone and e-mail (???). The thing that hurts is precisely the lack of clarity and transparency.
