Ho acquistato due paia di scarpe, di cui una super scontata! Ci sono buonissimi prezzi. Consigliato Fantastic place, super nice staff active and above all helpful and patient even with 'difficult' customers (I was personally witness to an unpleasant scene by a customer). Molto belle le collezioni di scarpe New Balance e All Stars. Le T-shirt estive sono molto belle e colorate. Parcheggio adiacente per acquisti rapidi. Buono il servizio all'interno. La priorità della ragazza che mi ha servito ieri 22febbraio2020 è stata quella di vendermi suolette ed un comune spray impermeabilizzate, vendendolo però come spray per pulire le scarpette bianche in tela che non potevo mettere in lavatrice. Alla mia richiesta se era uno spray impermeabilizzante dice :assolutamente no. Solo dopo che avevo pagato dice che si è sbagliata....forse perchè non restituiscono i soldi?? I clienti non si devono ingannare!!nemmeno per una sciocchezza!!Grazie comunque. Unqualified staff. D	Diana Puke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche anno fa avevo dato 5 stelle, ma forse perché non avevo conosciuto la commessa che c'era oggi. Neanche un saluto e mascherina sempre abbassata. Maleducata ed arrogante. È stata tutto il tempo a parlare al telefono spiegando alla sua capa( come ha detto lei) che ieri era stata malissimo per il vaccino e che oggi lavorava con la febbre. Alla domanda se avevano le calze mono uso per provare le scarpe, mi ha risposto che dovevo portarle da casa o andare a comprarle da tezenis( ed intanto commentava al telefono che le sembrava assurda la mia richiesta). I suoi commenti stupidi gli potrebbe tenere per sé.. Un consiglio alla commessa...cambi lavoro. una volta era un piacere andare in questo negozio A few years ago I gave it 5 stars, but maybe because I didn't know the saleswoman who was there today. Not even a greeting and mask always lowered. Rude and arrogant. She spent the whole time talking on the phone explaining to her boss (as she said) that yesterday she had been terribly ill from the vaccine and that today she was working with a fever. When asked if they had disposable socks to try on the shoes, she replied that I had to bring them from home or go and buy them from tezenis (and in the meantime she commented on the phone that my request seemed absurd to her). His stupid comments could keep him to himself .. A tip to the saleswoman ... change jobs. it was once a pleasure to go to this shop

La commessa che penso sia la responsabile di negozio ci ordina in malo modo di igienizzare le mani ( cosa che tra l altro avevamo fatto ) tenendo la mascherina abbassata!! Questa è bella!! Poi tra un ordine e l altro impartito alle ragazze visibilmente agitate continua a rivolgersi ai clienti con la mascherina abbassata. Scegliamo le scarpe senza avere nessuna consulenza e veniamo liquidate alla cassa senza un sorriso, un grazie e un arrivederci. Penso non ci sia nulla fa aggiungere. Bad experience. More than a shop… a barracks! The saleswoman who I think is the shop manager orders us badly to sanitize our hands (which we had done by the way) keeping the mask down !! This is nice!! Qualche settimana fa sono andata per acquistare scarpe per mia figlia(sono cliente abituale), chiedevo informazioni riguardo il numero, la ragazza rispondeva in modo scocciato e continuava a parlare con la sua collega. Ho salutato e me ne sono andata... P.S. se non vi va di fare qst lavoro, fate altro... Excellent shop with a wide choice of products, but zero hospitality which affects the sale a lot. A few weeks ago I went to buy shoes for my daughter (I'm a regular customer), asking for information about the number, the girl answered in an annoyed way and kept talking to her colleague. I said goodbye and left ... P.S. if you don't feel like doing this job, do something else ...
