I tempi di risposta alle mie email sono stati mediamente di almeno due settimane, e talvolta la risposta non sembrava del tutto pertinente o completa. Alcuni dettagli sono stato costretto a chiarirli io di persona con la controparte. I tempi si sono dilungati moltissimo e ad un certo punto i costi hanno - senza un valido motivo - notevolmente superato l'importo in origine preventivato. Ho quindi contestato l'ultimo avviso di parcella. Il mio incarico - nonostante i miei numerosi solleciti - non è poi più stato portato avanti. Ho atteso a lungo senza che nulla accadesse. Sono stato infine costretto a ritirarle il mandato a causa di inequivocabile inadempimento professionale e a rivolgermi ad un altro difensore. Peccato per i soldi persi. L'appuntamento è stato fissato in tempi rapidissimi e già esponendo le questioni abbiamo trovato una prima soluzione da mettere in atto. Soprattutto mi sono state chiarite bene le idee in una materia a me totalmente sconosciuta che senza un parere legale non avrei saputo come gestire. Apprezzatissimo anche l'approccio umano, per nulla scontato quando si è costretti a ricorrere ad un avvocato. 5 stelle, consigliatissima.
