They were so responsive and kind from the beginning. We filed the 1948 court application in May 2018, and we have had the declaration of Italian Citizenship in around one year. Luckily we got our passports before covid lockdown!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After attempting to obtain Italian citizenship own my own for some time, I came to realise that the process was very complicated and in addition, the Italian Consulate in London never offered appointments. I first had a fee-based conversation with Avv Bersani in 2019 and he advised me that the entire process could be handled by his office in Verona. I obtained all the documents relating to my Italian lineage and provided this to Avv Bersani. Then, some 15 months later, the magic happened ! and we acquired Cittadinanza Italiana through my Venetian grand-father. Avv Bersani is a 5-star Immigration attorney. Look no further.
