Gentilezza del personale: l'impiegata Sonia competente e simpaticissima e l'impiegato Antonio grande disponibilità nell'accompagnarmi ( una volta riconsegnata la vettura) al punto più comodo per il rientro in città. Excellent delivery times as well as quality-price. Car delivered to me a little bigger than booked but still very clean and new. Kindness of the staff: the competent and very nice employee Sonia and the employee Antonio great availability in accompanying me (once the car is returned) to the most comfortable point for returning to the city.

Una dipendente di una maleducazione paurosa, arrogante e spocchiosa, non avvezza alle buone maniere . Ci ha praticamente trattati male dall'inizio alla fine , non risparmiandoci faccette di disappunto e ghigni. Eravamo io, mio padre e mio figlio e siccome c'era scritto che si poteva entrare in due , mio figlio di 6 anni è stato costretto ad uscire. Poi è rientrato nell'ufficio perché la signorina evidentemente si è resa conto che servivano anche i documenti di mio padre che nel frattempo era fuori col bambino. Alla fine abbiamo rifiutato tutto a causa del suo comportamento a dir poco nauseante e irritante. We requested a rental car but eventually refused it. An employee of a fearful, arrogant and snooty rudeness, not accustomed to good manners. He practically treated us badly from start to finish, not sparing us disappointment faces and grins. It was me, my father and my son and since it was written that it was possible to enter two, my 6 year old son was forced to leave. Then he returned to the office because the young lady evidently realized that my father's documents were also needed, who in the meantime was out with the boy. In the end, we rejected everything because of his nauseating and irritating behavior.

Di certo consiglierò sempre l'agenzia ....forse l'unica agenzia in cui mi sono trovato bene in provincia di Taranto. We have been booking Avis for years with Ms. Sonia, a very good person, nice and very competent, I do not understand the negative reviews to which they refer. Of course I will always recommend the agency .... perhaps the only agency in which I felt comfortable in the province of Taranto.

In particolare l'impiegata Sonia è eccezionalmente gentile, simpatica, competente, disponibile. Chi ne parla male evidentemente non riesce a relazionarsi con il mondo. Il parco auto è sempre top, mai un problema. La consiglierei a chiunque. Continuate così. For about a year I have been a regular and loyal customer of Avis Taranto and I can only speak well of it. In particular, the employee Sonia is exceptionally kind, nice, competent, helpful. Those who speak badly obviously cannot relate to the world. The car fleet is always top, never a problem. I would recommend it to anyone. Keep it up.

Peraltro avevo provato a contattarli più volte prima di recarmi e nessuno rispondeva. La loro risposta è stato uno scarica barile con il servizio di prenotazione del service di una casa automobilistica. Sconsiglio Really bad. Today I had booked a car with its reservation code, I drive 50 km and the car was not there. Moreover, I had tried to contact them several times before going and no one answered. Their response was a barrel dump with a car manufacturer's booking service. I do not recommend

Grazie Sonia, sei la migliore :) Best service I have ever received (car rental all over the world) !!!! Even close to the holidays, always available and decisive !! Thanks Sonia, you are the best :)
T	Terence Rodia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took me over 90 minutes to find the rental place as address in google maps and maps was incorrect. After driving 20 minutes from the first locations in maps, had to then ask direction 6 times to finally find it as there is no signs outside. When called the number for 10 minutes, no one picked up. After getting there the member of staff totally knows the issue and agrees with me, she put me on the phone with the manager from Naples who just kept giving me excuse after excuse! I would never book with Avis again as this is the worse costumer service I’ve ever encountered!
G	György Spányi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid by all means! It says the car pickup is Taranto downtown. It is not true. The pick up drop off location is outside of the town in an ugly industrial zone. Very difficult to get there because catching a taxi in Taranto is not very easy. Even if you succeed, you have to get ready to pay 15-20 EUR both at pickup and drop off. But the worth is that they never, NEVER pick up the phone. I tried to call to get advice how to get there; I tried to call from 5pm to 7pm (opening hours from 8:30-19:00), no answer. I continued from 8:30 to 10:00, no answer. It is absolutely unacceptable from an AVIS partner.l! I do not understand how AVIS can team up with such people. Finally, I rather let my money go, but did not went for the car (to who knows where). I found an honest, nice company who rented a car for 1/3rd of the price as AVIS. AVOID! (I am sure next week there will be quite a few comments saying what a wonderful rental; do not believe them, they are the owners’ people)
