★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The address is misleading, it’s definitely not close to the cruise terminal! Took 10 minutes by taxi to get there! Small office, one man show, handling Avis and Budget! Parking lot is 200 m around the corner, no way to walk there with heavy luggage! I picked up the car while my wife was guarding the luggage and then double parked for loading the car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please have your original reservation printed out. Clerk came up with reservation which was 5 times more then original one telling me that all automatic cars are expensive. Check small print, extra insurance was added, plus all sort of unnecessary protection gauging the price. Overall very negative experience. Stay away.
