β β β β β My boyfriend and I came here on a Friday night based on ratings. The restaurant was empty and we sat at our table with no acknowledgement for 15 minutes. Terrible service. Good luck.

β β β β β Full disclosure that this is not going to be a review of the restaurant since I didn't get to eat there despite having a reservation.
Let me explain. Having heard some good things about this restaurant, I dropped by at 6:30 PM today to ask if they were open yet. Typical of restaurants in Italy, they were not. I asked when - she said 7:30 PM and I asked if I needed a reservation. She said "yes" and I said "OK... table for 1". She laughed and said that should be no problem.
Returned at 7:35 PM to an empty restaurant. I asked for my table and she politely apologized that she had made a mistake and they were all booked up for the night. OK... can I get some take-out since there are no guests in the restaurant and the cook was just sitting outside smoking and not doing anything. No... he is not ready to cook.
Granted... she was nice and was polite in apologizing. But that's a big mistake in taking my reservation and not honoring it. And not even accommodating me on some take-out when no one's doing anything is just not right. So... make a reservation at this restaurant and pray they keep it. Let me know how the food was.

β β β β β Delicious food, friendly, helpfull and English speaking staff. Mainly seafood dishes on the menu. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry before the ferry departure.

β β β β β Best meal of the holidays! Few steps away from boarding the ferry back home we found this simple local taverna with the best and most reasonably priced fish and seafood pasta we had over our entire holidays!

β β β β β A simple place that serves very good food with friendly service, and at reasonable prices.
We shared gnocchi with clams for starter, then for maincourse we both ordered steak, one rare-cooked served with green salad, and one well done with Arugula and tomato, and they were tasty. Dessert is lovely too.

β β β β β Excellent food, 5 star service, excellent experience. Unfortunately I didnβt have time to take photos of every meal. Raw shrimps was very fresh, highly recommend is also zucchine e gamberi fritto. Tiramisu 4/5. Authentic Italian food. Great value for money!
