S	Salvatore Cultrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cenato in questo luogo con prenotazione su The Fork, usufruendo anche di un buono sconto del 30% sulla cena, bevande escluse. Ottimo il locale, anche se un po' piccolino negli spazi. Sul servizio nulla da dire anche se di tipo familiare. Più che buona la cortesia ed i tempi di attesa non lunghissimi. Frittura di calamari e gamberi molto buona, croccante e morbida allo stesso tempo e soprattutto non unta. Ottima anche la tagliata rucola e parmigiano di media cottura. Forse se devo fare un appunto lo farei all'antipasto, poco sostanzioso e poco fantasioso, anche se gli affettati sono di qualità. Mi sarei aspettato qualcosa anche di locale. Nel complesso però non posso che dare un voto più che positivo. Ci ritornerò approfittando di ordinare qualche altra pietanza, anche fuori menù. Ultima nota, ad accompagnare la serata c'è stato anche un duo musicale, sicuramente piacevole e coinvolgente con musica alla fine cantata un po' da tutti. Forse, visto l'ambiente un po' ristretto, la musica è risultata un po' alta e quindi diventa difficoltoso comunicare con la persona che ti è accanto. Nothing to say about the service, even if it is a family one. More than good courtesy and not very long waiting times. Very good fried squid and shrimp, crunchy and soft at the same time and above all not greasy. The sliced rocket and medium-cooked Parmesan cheese are also excellent. Maybe if I have to make a note I would do it with the appetizer, not very substantial and not very imaginative, even if the cold cuts are of quality. I would have expected something local too. Overall, however, I can only give a more than positive vote. I will return by taking advantage of ordering some other dish, even off the menu. Last note, to accompany the evening there was also a musical duo, certainly pleasant and engaging with music at the end sung by everyone. Perhaps, given the somewhat restricted environment, the music was a bit loud and therefore it becomes difficult to communicate with the person next to you.

L'atmosfera è suggestiva, i piatti sono stati eccellenti (insalata di mare, tagliolini allo scoglio, all'astice e frittura di calamari). Il servizio cortese ed efficace. Il prezzo è competitivo per una qualità dei piatti ben superiore alla media. Very nice and welcoming restaurant located in the historic center of Civitavecchia. The atmosphere is suggestive, the dishes were excellent (seafood salad, tagliolini allo scoglio, lobster and fried calamari). The courteous and effective service. The price is competitive for a quality of the dishes well above the average.

Appena entrata sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita da come erano apparecchiati i tavoli e in generale dallo stile e dall'atmosfera della sala. Sono stata a cena qui col mio ragazzo e almeno finché c'eravamo noi non c'era nessun altro cliente. La cameriera era molto attenta e gentile e le portate sono arrivate abbastanza in fretta. Veniamo ora alla parte più importante, il cibo. C'è poco da dire, è stato tutto buonissimo e secondo me di ottima qualità. L'antipasto che abbiamo scelto era ben variegato e i piatti di pasta erano abbondanti (forse dalle foto non sembra, ma è il piatto ad essere molto grande). E poi vogliamo parlare dell'impiattamento? ARTE anche quella, sono rimasta a bocca aperta. Ci tornerei più che volentieri. ART in food and in the restaurant. As soon as I entered I was pleasantly surprised by how the tables were set and in general by the style and atmosphere of the room. I had dinner here with my boyfriend and at least as long as we were there there was no other customer. The waitress was very attentive and kind and the courses came pretty quickly. We now come to the most important part, the food. There is little to say, it was all very good and in my opinion of excellent quality. The starter we chose was well variegated and the pasta dishes were abundant (perhaps from the photos it does not seem, but it is the dish that is very large). And then we want to talk about the dish? ART too, I was amazed. I would go back more than willingly.

Grilled shrimp, cheese board, Tiramisu and white house wine was excellent. Family owned with great friendly service. Next to Plaza Leandra.
