G	Giovanni de rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuto qui per noleggiare un furgone perchè dovevo effettuare un trasloco, da santa marinella a tuscania, e nelle vicinanze ho trovato questo noleggio, mi sono trovato bene, i segretari sono stati molto gentili nel spiegare come funzionasse il tutto in quanto e' la prima volta che mi e' capitato di dover noleggiare, non ho avuto nessun tipo di problema, consiglio, cortesi e pazienti. Abbiamo insistito un po perché pensavamo di non fare in tempo ma la signora é stata categorica, non avrebbero aspettato oltre le 18. Abbiamo corso come pazzi per riconsegnarlo in tempo per poi scoprire che l'orario di chiusura era alle 18:30 infatti c'era un sacco di gente. Non riesco a capire per quale motivo la gente lavora in questo modo. RISPOSTA A LEI SIGNORA Non chiederei MAI uno sconto per questo motivo, magari per il mezzo consegnatoci in pessime condizioni avrei potuto pretenderlo anche perché non era in sicurezza, ma mi avete risposto che lo avreste fatto sistemare. I MEZZI CHE SI DEVONO NOLEGGIARE SI SISTEMANO PRIMA DI ESSERE CONSEGNATI AI CLIENTI. Se permette PAZIENZA sta meglio sulla mia bocca visto che per fortuna ci sono altre società che lavorano seriamente. I hired a vehicle from this company. Se dovete fare un noleggio affidatevi a società serie non a società improvvisate. ABBIAMO NOLEGGIATO DA VOI PER L URGENZA CHE AVEVAMO, PROBABILMENTE PERCHÉ CHI LAVORA MEGLIO DI VOI HA PIÙ RICHIESTE. Se un mezzo non é idoneo non si rende disponibile e questo é di legge. Visto che ha parlato di costi noi alla HERTZ di Civitavecchia, distante pochi chilometri da voi, hanno chiesto 80€ con un mezzo NUOVO e quindi con CLIMA, RADIO e cosa più importante il CLACSON FUNZIONANTE. Da voi abbiamo pagato 109€ per un furgone non idoneo. Per quanto riguarda i clienti migliori se la poteva risparmiare, abbiamo consegnato il mezzo senza nessun ulteriore ammaccatura, con il pieno e nei tempi giusti. Noi clienti siamo stati clienti impeccabili, peccato che non si può dire lo stesso di voi.
