★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry, that review was before we had a serious problem with the pediatrician. We decided to leave and find a new one. The behaviour of the doctor was unacceptable and unprofessional. We told what had happened to a new pediatritian and he found it hard to believe that someone could be so unprofesional. I can remember the name of the lady from Belgium, but I do remember her well. I am still upset after years. I didnt take any legal actions because I hadn´t been that many years in Rome, nowadays it would have been very different

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every interaction I’ve had with the medical and clerical staff at this clinic has been reassuringly professional, efficient and friendly. The multilingual reception team are always welcoming and incredibly helpful, always keen to make sure you see the right person for your concern. The specialists I’ve seen are incredibly thorough and always taken the time to listen carefully. Would highly recommend to locals and expats alike!

He was careless and twice confused me with other patients of his, and once called telling me my husband's results were in and we should come over for him to explain why we couldn't get pregnant. I was single, mind you, and was not trying to be pregnant. He also provided incomplete prescriptions and rushed me into a procedure just because he is greedy and cares more about the money than the patient. He does not see you as a patient but a money machine. He has no ethics and is shameless. I reported him and would wish that UN staff stop recommending him to newcomers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have a daughter that is three years old - needless to say she is the most precious “thing” in the world for us so we were very careful when choosing a paediatrician and we continue to be exacting. Dr. Catherine Stainier has been our daughter’s paediatrician since the very beginning and we are more than fully satisfied with the care she’s been giving to our daughter. She is warm, patient and discreet; her medical advice has always been spot on; when needed she has put us in contact with specialists; AND she makes herself available at all times and days even outside working hours to respond to queries and concerns - of which there are plenty - of first time parents. Thank you Dr. Stainier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Aventino Medical Group for all our primary health needs since arriving in Rome in 2017. We have always found them to be professional, responsive and helpful, with a broad range of general practice and specialist services available.
Dr. Naumann (Gynecologist, Obstetrician) supported my partner through two pregnancies and was the attending physician at the birth of our two sons. Dr. Stainier (Paediatrician) has been GP for both of them over the last few years. Both doctors have proven highly competent, responsive and are also very kind and pleasant people. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very satisfied with the Pediatrician Catherine Steiner. She is very kind and truly available to assist her patients. In this first year of my baby, it was important to me to have a pediatrician so available to help in all sort of situations. Moreover, I like her way to treat routine baby problems with natural and homeopathic remedies, prescribing drugs only when it's really necessary.
