★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É assurdo che il telefono sia SEMPRE occupato, capisco che come me cé molta gente che chiama per bisogni. Io é tutta la mattinata che chiamo per chiedere in trenta(30!!) secondi di poter venir a prendere un semplice certificato sana e robusta costituzione per idoneitá sportiva(che vi fate pagare!!). Quindi o mettete una seconda segretaria a rispondere al telefono(visto che fate TUTTO solo su appuntamento, io l'appuntamento vorrei almeno poter prenderlo!!) o mettete un servizio di RECALL o, visto che siamo nel 2021, pubblicate e aprite un indirizzo EMAIL(é gratis) dove poter comunicare con lo studio e dove rispondiate in tempi umani!! Ripeto: capisco benissimo che tanta gente vi chiama, ma se altrettanta gente non riesce a mettersi in contatto con voi perche trova spesso/sempre la linea telefonica occupata, essendo che vi paghiamo per il servizio(o svolto a fatica visto i tempi per mettersi in contatto con voi), miglioratelo!!! Non si puo cercare la linea a tentativi e sperare nella fortuna!
Non pretendo un sito web, comunque nel momento in cui sto scrivendo, ho anche cercato nei principali motori di ricerca web se tale indirizzo email esistesse, ovviamente non ho trovato nulla se non numero di telefono indirizzo e orari(quest'ultimi non sempre), google, pagine bianche, miodottore, ecc..
 It is absurd that the phone is ALWAYS busy, I understand that like me there are many people who call for needs. I've been calling all morning to ask in thirty (30 !!) seconds to be able to come and get a simple certificate of healthy and robust constitution for sports fitness (which you get paid for !!). So either put a second secretary to answer the phone (since you do EVERYTHING only by appointment, I would like to at least be able to make the appointment !!) or put a RECALL service or, since we are in 2021, publish and open an EMAIL address (it's free) where you can communicate with the studio and where you can respond in human time !! I repeat: I understand very well that many people call you, but if as many people are unable to get in touch with you because they often / always find the telephone line busy, being that we pay you for the service (or carried out with difficulty given the time required to contact you). contact with you), improve it !!! You cannot try the line by trial and error!
I do not expect a website, however at the time of writing, I also searched the main web search engines if such an email address existed, obviously I did not find anything but a telephone number, address and hours (the latter not always), google, white pages, my doctor, etc ..
