Il nostro letto contenitore "Lettissimi" è stata un'ottima scelta per unire praticità della struttura e qualità del rivestimento. 100% correctness and reliability. Autuori has become the shop for mattresses and beds par excellence. Manolo, always honest and sincere, has found a solution for our needs. The guys who mounted our bed were punctual, fast and extremely available! Our "Lettissimi" storage bed was an excellent choice to combine the practicality of the structure and the quality of the upholstery.

Continuava a ripetere che "non era sua abitudine rubare i soldi" che ci avrebbe fatto risparmiare"....non ci ha fatto provare nulla...pensava forse che fossimo li ma senza possibilità di spendere....Non so...Non ci tornerò mai più. Sulla stessa via è pieno di altre opzioni per le quali abbiamo optato. Abbiamo preso un Simmons da 2000 euro.non volevamo risparmiare volevamo solo una persona meno boriosa. Peggio per lui.... K	Kevin sarmiento on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato da loro il letto Emma materasso il 23/06/2021 il personale e stato gentile ma sul sito della fabbrica diceva che avrei ottenuto il materasso ENTRO 3-4 GIORNI LAVORATIVI ma siamo ora il 10/07/2021 con oltre due settimane di attesa per un materasso. Nessuna avvertenza da parte loro, ho dovuto chiamare per scoprire che ce stato un problema nel trasporto, e che devono ancora spedire nel negozio. Ho dovuto sempre chiedere informazioni io e mai una volta che siano loro a chiamarmi per farmi sapere l esito. Quando poi nella descrizione del sito Emma riguardo al materasso ce scritto che hai massimo 30 gg per aprire il pacco e far si che il materasso prenda forma se no rimmarra compresso e non lo si puo piu utilizzare . Al momento sono rimasto MOLTO DELUSO sulle tempistiche promesse. Rimango ancora in attesa dell ordine. Ma ne dubito visto che ci sta METTENDO TROPPO. Aggiornamento :materasso arrivato il 14 luglio con tre settimane di ritardo, ovviamente la vera colpa e del corriere. Ovviamente il personale e sempre gentile e si e scusato per il ritardo con molta umilta e gentilezza. Il materasso si presenta bene ed e comoda e sopratutto di qualita. Un ottimo acquisto. Soddisfatto. Ma purtroppo devo penalizzare per il fatto che ho aspettato moltissimo per un materasso ma cmq il negozio stesso ha dipendenti molto professionali e gentili per questo do 3 stelle. Purchased from them the Emma bed mattress on 06/23/2021 the staff was kind but on the factory website they said I would get the mattress WITHIN 3-4 WORKING DAYS but we are now 07/10/2021 with over two weeks of waiting for a mattress. No warning from them, I had to call to find out there was a shipping problem, and they have yet to ship to the store. I always had to ask for information and never once did they call me to let me know the outcome. When then in the description of the site Emma regarding the mattress we wrote that you have a maximum of 30 days to open the package and ensure that the mattress takes shape otherwise it will remain compressed and it can no longer be used. At the moment I was VERY DISAPPOINTED about the promised timing. I am still waiting for the order. But I doubt it since he's TAKING TOO MUCH. Update: mattress arrived on July 14th three weeks late, obviously the real fault lies with the courier. Obviously the staff are always polite and apologized for the delay with a lot of humility and kindness. The mattress looks good and is comfortable and above all of quality. A great buy. Fulfilled. But unfortunately I have to penalize for the fact that I waited a long time for a mattress but cmq the shop itself has very professional and kind employees for this I give 3 stars.

Esperienza molto positiva nel punto vendita Autuori di Gregorio 7 . Ho avuto la possibilità di conoscere nel dettaglio le diverse caratteristiche di cuscini e materassi con una competenza e capacità del personale,veramente notevole.Consiglio I did not think that choosing a good mattress and pillows today was something so complicated ...
