I also got a fine, but I called the guy who told me to pay her and to introduce her to my return so that they wouldn't charge me for a management fee. I will come back safe !!!

Cargan gastos administrativos a tu tarjeta meses después de haber alquilado el auto y no hay manera de cancelarlos porque se amparan en la firma del contrato de alquiler. Una terrible experiencia. Never rent in this company. Unfortunately, I now read the experiences of other people that later happened to me too. Administrative charges are charged to your card months after you have rented the car and there is no way to cancel them because they are covered by the rental agreement. A terrible experience
B	Brenda Pizzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this company like the plague. They are not reputable. They rent cars cheap but On the back end charge you for bogus scratches on a plastic bumper for $500. You get the bill later! Have these bogus charges removed from your card and tell your credit card company to block them from resurfacing seven months later. They just charged $58 to my card. Luckily, my bank sent me a warning so I could tell them I did not authorize this new charge. Look on line for others who have had my same experience.

I rented a car in October, and received a mail from them in february in which they sent me an invoice concerning their administrative fees (50€) relating the management of a traffic fine (for entering an area restricted to traffic in Venezia) and a scanned copy of that traffic fine (which was physically sent to my home by Italian Police some days after). Everything fine until here. However, in April I received a second email in which they sent me an invoice concerning concerning their administrative fees (30€) relating the management of a traffic fine for allegedly skipping a toll BUT THEY DID NOT SENT ME ANY COPY OF THE FINE. For the last month, I have been calling them by phone, emailing them... in order to receive the copy of that fine and they have been giving me excuses (you have to call with another department, a team is managing your incidence, etc) but I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SCANNED COPY OF THE FINE AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FINE AT HOME FROM THE ITALIAN POLICE. I have additionally sent them the copy of my bank movements of the date of the alleged fine where it is proved that I paid 5 tolls that day but it has been useless. Consequently, be careful with this guys because you can find surprises in your bank account months after your rental!!!!!!!!!!
G	GOLIVE media on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent here. They trick you into paying extra cleaning costs for a car that is not even cleaned at the start of the rental period! So beware. Contacting Autovia doesn't help either, your creditcards gets charged anyway. Very poor customer service.

Have been in a dispute with them since Oct ..took money from my account even though evidence has been provided that I haven't done any damage. Don't reply to emails then take money from account.
