Venditore, meccanici e personale molto disponibili a differenza di quello che leggo in alcune recensioni.
Mi chiedo se chi ha parlato di arroganza non abbia semplicemente confuso la concessionaria con un altra!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto una Subaru. Sono andato da loro per i tagliandi e manutenzioni varie. Sono professionali. L unica pecca è che Subaru essendo auto di nicchia non dispone di veicoli nuovi se non dopo una lunga attesa dall ordine. E comunque,rimane una grande auto.
I had a Subaru. I went to them for coupons and miscellaneous maintenance. They are professional. The only flaw is that Subaru being niche car has no new vehicles only after a long wait from order. And still, it remains a great car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una Jeep usata il sabato e mi sono trovato veramente bene essendo stato seguito passo dopo passo sia per l'acquisto che per il finanziamento (hanno fatto tutto loro); sfortunatamente, il martedì ha manifestato un problema che non solo è stato coperto prontamente dall'assicurazione che avevano sottoscritto in mio favore ma sono intervenuti anche per la differenza non coperta dall'assicurazione.
Competenza, gentilezza e soprattutto onestà, doti purtroppo oggi sempre più rare non solo nel mondo del commercio, caratterizzano tutti i componenti della concessionaria. grazie, Filippo

ho acquistato il 25/3/2021 una coppia di spazzole tergicristallo originali per la mia Spacestar presso la loro officina autorizzata Mitsubishi.
Pochi giorni fa ho visto che una delle due spazzole si è rovinata tanto da doverla sostituire (senza aver mai fatto nulla di diverso da quello che avevo fatto negli anni precedenti con le vecchie spazzole, che invece sono durate molto di più). Quando però mi sono recato in officina per far valere la garanzia, nonostante avessi esibito la prova d'acquisto, la risposta ricevuta è stata un semplice "picche".
Secondo loro è perfettamente normale che, il materiale si danneggi e si usuri in tempi anche così brevi, (se l'altra spazzola gemella è tutt'ora efficiente e funzionante, a mio parere è invece evidente la difettosità del materiale), ma soprattutto (a loro dire) è prassi normale considerare non in garanzia i ricambi perché sono fatti di materiali che si possono usurare (e la garanzia a che cosa servirebbe??)
Non voglio nemmeno pensare a cosa potrebbero dire o fare (anzi non fare) di fronte a guasti ben più impegnativi e onerosi.
Non volendo litigare per una questione così venale, me ne sono andato e ho acquistato il materiale presso un altro rivenditore.
Ho voluto però evidenziare e segnalare il comportamento a mio avviso scorretto di un service che in realtà NON è un service.

Good morning everyone,
I bought a pair of original wiper blades for my Spacestar on 25/3/2021 from their authorized Mitsubishi workshop.
A few days ago I saw that one of the two brushes was damaged so much that it had to be replaced (without ever having done anything different from what I had done in previous years with the old brushes, which instead lasted much longer). However, when I went to the workshop to assert the guarantee, despite having produced the proof of purchase, the answer I received was a simple "spade".
According to them it is perfectly normal for the material to be damaged and worn in such a short time, (if the other twin brush is still efficient and functioning, in my opinion the defect of the material is evident), but above all ( they say) it is normal practice to consider spare parts not under warranty because they are made of materials that can wear out (and what use would the guarantee be?)
I don't even want to think about what they could say or do (indeed not do) in the face of far more demanding and costly failures.
Not wanting to fight over such a venal matter, I left and bought the material from another dealer.
However, I wanted to highlight and report the incorrect behavior in my opinion of a service that is actually NOT a service.
