Dopo una precisa diagnosi e il preventivo ,abbiamo fissato un appuntamento per eseguire l'intervento, per il quale la macchina è rimasta ferma pochi giorni. Durante l'esecuzione mi hanno aggiornato sulla situazione precisa di tutta la meccanica e quindi ho deciso di eseguire altri interventi importanti visto che la macchina era già smontata, risparmiando quindi, rispetto ad averli eseguiti singolarmente piu avanti. Per ogni intervento extra al preventivo mi hanno aggiornato sul costo. Hanno sistemato ogni dettaglio, ma soprattutto parti che altre officine non mi avevano segnalato (nonnostante io chieda sempre informazioni sullo stato generale della vettura). Sicuramente consigliato per chi vuole viaggiare tranquillo e senza sorprese! In two words: Professionalism and organization. I brought my car for an automatic transmission malfunction. After a precise diagnosis and the estimate, we made an appointment to perform the surgery, for which the machine was stopped for a few days. During the execution they updated me on the precise situation of all the mechanics and therefore I decided to carry out other important interventions since the machine was already disassembled, thus saving, compared to having performed them individually later on. For each extra intervention to the estimate they updated me on the cost. They fixed every detail, but above all parts that other workshops had not reported to me (despite the fact that I always ask for information on the general condition of the car). Definitely recommended for those who want to travel quietly and without surprises!
