G	Giuseppe Rizzuto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo l'assistenza clienti Fiat che mi direziona verso questa officina, Mi reco presso questa officina con una Fiat Tipo di 2 MESI IN GARANZIA per una piccola perdita di gasolio dal filtro gasolio, nonostante spiego di trovarmi li in vacanza e di dover partire subito dopo per la Sicilia visti i biglietti già fatti, quindi visto il lavoro di 10minuti per sostituire il filtro gasolio, il capo officina si oppone e mi manda via perché TROPPO IMPEGNATO Nonostante ho l'auto in garanzia mi mandano comunque via. Vado in un'altra officina mi cambiano il filtro in neanche 10minuti. Era una semplice guarnizione. Altamente sconsigliata, non capisco che senso ha avere la garanzia se poi andando in un officina autorizzata ti mandano via poiché "troppo impegnati". I go to another workshop, they change the filter in less than 10 minutes. It was a simple garnish. Highly not recommended, I do not understand what sense there is to have the guarantee if then going to an authorized workshop they send you away because "too busy".

Sono rimasto molto contento e soddisfatto sia della consulenza preventiva che del lavoro svolto. Ormai per la comodita' e la professionalita', mi rivolgo a loro anche per la revisione che avviene in maniera impeccabile e per quasiasi altro "malanno" dovesse verificarsi! They welcomed me in the middle of the lockdown period, quickly replacing a burnt out light bulb in the car. This allowed me to arrive on time at the office and with the perfect car. By now for the convenience and the professionalism, I turn to them also for the revision that happens in an impeccable way and for any other "ailment" should occur!

Il servizio di prenotazione al telefono è stato ottimo: la signora si è mostrata molto disponibile e competenze. Purtroppo, come spesso è accaduto anche in altre officine, al mio arrivo le cose sono cambiate: quello che doveva essere un controllo al volo si è trasformato bella richiesta di lasciare l'auto ferma per mezza giornata. Il problema non è tanto il fatto che necessitassero di un certo tempo per il controllo, quanto piuttosto il fatto che non lo avessero detto subito. Il giudizio non è del tutto negativo perché dopo le mie ricriminazioni, alla fine l'auto mi è stata riconsegnata in tempo. Not very large workshop, with little parking. The booking service on the phone was excellent: the lady was very helpful and competent. Unfortunately, as has often happened in other workshops, things changed upon my arrival: what should have been a quick check has turned into a beautiful request to leave the car stationary for half a day. The problem is not so much that they needed some time to check, but rather that they didn't say it right away. The judgment is not entirely negative because after my recriminations, the car was eventually returned to me on time.
