I ragazzi che ci lavorano sono sempre molto disponibili e sanno anche consigliare (magari spingendo ad osare un po'). Sì viene sempre accolti con un saluto e sempre salutati all'uscita anche quando hanno tantissimo lavoro. Il salone è sempre pulito e rispettano i tempi indicati. Sono professionali anche dal punto formativo poiché seguono costanti corsi di aggiornamento, Punto da non sottovalutare in nessuna professione. Direi che il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono tenuto conto di tutti gli aspetti elencati. Friendliness and professionalism in my opinion are the adjectives that best suit. Devo dire che sono rimasta sbalordita dalla grande gentilezza e dalle premure che ho ricevuto da parte dello staff. Questo salone veramente mette al centro il cliente e le sue esigenze. Un esempio: due giorni a settimana il salone chiude alle 21! Per chi ha tutta la settimana full, e di sabato deve sbrigare commissioni varie, questo è un enorme aiuto! Il lavoro è sempre studiato assieme al cliente e per il cliente: esattamente come dice il nome del salone, c’è un vero e proprio studio sul caso specifico; mi piacerebbe avere il lessico tecnico adatto per descrivere bene cosa mi piace del colore che mi hanno fatto ma dico solo che è superlativo: ha quel ‘qualcosa’ in più che non c’è mai stato. I ragazzi sono molto gentili, estremamente educati, insieme sono un ottimo team, vederli lavorare così affiatati è bellissimo (e raro). Il titolare è una persona squisita, preparatissima e di grande onestà. D’ora in poi siete il mio salone di fiducia e vi consiglierò a tutti perché l'umanità, la premura oltre che la grande preparazione, sono da mettere al primo posto e nulla si da mai per scontato. I must say that I was amazed by the great kindness and concern I received from the staff. This salon truly focuses on the customer and his needs. An example: two days a week the salon closes at 9pm! For those who have a full week, and have to do various errands on Saturdays, this is a huge help! The work is always studied together with the client and for the client: exactly as the name of the salon says, there is a real study on the specific case; I'd like to have the right technical vocabulary to describe what I like about the color they made to me, but I'm just saying it's superlative: it has that 'something' that has never been there. The guys are very kind, extremely polite, together they are a great team, seeing them work so closely together is wonderful (and rare). Mi fate sempre venire voglia di tornare non solo per i servizi magistralmente eseguiti ma anche per il lato umano che, a mio avviso, gioca una parte fondamentale!!! Siete sempre il top per me!!! Inoltre i ragazzi che ci lavorano sono professionali, gentili e cosa non da poco: capiscono subito le esigenze che ha una persona. Prodotti di qualità ottimi. Consiglio.
