Está cerrada la boletería, no hay personal no indicaciones de horarios, dónde comprar tickets, nada. Una vergüenza para una ciudad que vive del turismo

Il loro motto è "Autolinee Toscane...siamo in movimento" ...se si fermassero un minuto potrebbero degnarsi di rispondere, pianificare uno spostamento con 30 bambini è un utopia, che vergogna di servizio. 5 ticket aperti, 4 telefonate fatte e ancora sono a nulla... vergogna veramente

1 alla stazione, 5 al personale che è sempre molto gentile e disponibile... In particolare li devo ringraziare infinitamente per oggi che si sono sbattuti per ritrovarmi il telefono che ahimè avevo lasciato sul bus... E che per miracolo ho ritrovato!! Non si meritano una sede così degradata dove c'è sempre un senso di insicurezza (una volta hanno provato a borseggiarmi).

Muy mal el servicio. Me tuve que ir y coger el tren. Llego allí y la oficina cerrada por reforma. Hay una máquina para comprar el billete pero Siena no aparece en la máquina. Un señor que estaba por allí me dice que el de siena no aparece en la máquina. Le pregunto al chófer del bus y dice que él no vende billete que solo conduce y tampoco me dice dónde debo comprarlo. Al final perdí media mañana por culpa de esto y me fui en tren que presta mejor servicio
Very bad service. I had to go and catch the train. I get there and the office closed for renovation. There is a machine to buy the ticket but Siena does not appear in the machine. A man who was there tells me that the one from Siena does not appear in the machine. I ask the bus driver and he says that he doesn't sell a ticket that he only drives and he doesn't tell me where I should buy it either. In the end I lost half the morning because of this and I went by train that provides better service

Però Potrei Sfogarmi Cosi: Proprio Alla Stazione Cosi Grande, Èrano 3 Persone Diciamo Informate! Soltanto Un Signore Alto, Gentile Che Mi Ha Risposto Mie Domande, E Mi Ha Aiutato A Prendere Il Biglietto Per Andare A Sambuca . il Resto, Non Capivano Ne Meno La Zona ! E Non Si Capiva, Quale Pulman Dovevo Prendere ! Come Quasi Tutte Le Persone Intorno Di Me ! Una Disperazione Propria ! Alla Fine Ho Preso Un Pulman, Co Un Conducente Gentilissimo, Si Chiamava, Cesare Che Mi Ha Infarmato Benissimo, E Alla Fine ,Scoperto, Che Dovevo Prendere Il Pulman ,Poggibonsi ,Sassia !!!! Però Cesare Mi Ha Informato, Che InbVia Di Ritorno, Da Tavarnelle, Passerà Precisa, Dove Dovevo Essere . Once you bought the ticket, it's impossible to return or change. Unfriendly service to tourist. Be careful about the bus schedule. Strongly suggest you to check with the staff at least one day before your departure, because the bus schedule which is showed on the bulletin board is not totally correct. The bus station closed very early.
