★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale in campo elettrauto incapace.... ho un'opel astra twintop, praticamente quando chiudevo il tetto non riusciva a completare l'operazione ed il cofano non mi si apriva, invece quando aprivo il tetto tutto ok, il cofano si apriva... bene, l'ho portata da questa banda d'incapaci, se la sono tenuta un mese, non sono riusciti a risolvermi il problema, ed in più ora anche con il tetto aperto il cofano non mi si apre.... sono dei pagliacci
 Staff in the electric car field unable .... I have an opel astra twintop, practically when I closed the roof it could not complete the operation and the hood did not open to me, instead when I opened the roof everything ok, the hood opened .. well, I brought it to this band of incapacitated people, if I kept it for a month, they didn't manage to solve the problem, and in addition now even with the roof open the hood doesn't open to me .... they are clowns

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto ferma 25 giorni per riparazione senza possibilità di auto di cortesia e senza mai essere aggiornati sui continui rinvii della spedizione ricambi. Risposta inappropriata anche di persona dal responsabile dei rapporti con le clientela alla semplice domanda di informazioni sul tipo di riparazione (era il secondo intervento sempre sul cambio per un totale di oltre 1000€) e l'auto è stata riconsegnata sporca. Davvero una gestione del cliente imbarazzante!
Auto stopped 25 days for repair without the possibility of courtesy cars and without ever being updated on the continuous postponements of spare parts shipment. Inappropriate response even in person by the customer relations manager to the simple request for information on the type of repair (it was the second intervention always on the gearbox for a total of over 1000 €) and the car was returned dirty. Really embarrassing customer management!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa il navigatore mi ha portato da tutt'altra parte varie telefonate per raggiungere il posto il tutto senza indicazioni stradali e finalmente arrivato sul posto non ho potuto effettuare il tagliando xchè non erano ancora ufficialmente Renault/Dacia.
Nonostante che mi avessero dato appuntamento direttamente loro.
