Sono stati super gentili fin dall’inizio quando li ho contatti sulla chat di Google per esporre i problemi che avevo, in particolare modo il sig. Adamo con cui ho avuto il piacere di interfacciarmi. Pochi giorni dopo sono andata in officina e mi hanno fatto in pochi minuti una diagnosi completa dell’auto, con tanto di spiegazione e varie ipotesi sul mal funzionamento, mi hanno spiegato cosa avrei potuto provare a fare e sono tornata a casa. Due settimane dopo sono tornata per far eseguire il lavoro consigliato, e dopo due giorni la macchina è tornata come nuova, anzi no, molto meglio! Finalmente ho una macchina degna di nota, senza problemi se senza spie varie accese sul cruscotto. Non so proprio come ringraziarli, le altre officine a cui mi ero affidata non hanno saputo fare quello che loro in pochi giorni hanno risolto. Ci tornerò sicuramente a fare un check prima di partire per le vacanze! I went to this workshop in a panic: a car bought a year earlier with a lot of problems that came up one after the other, and they saved my life. They were super nice from the start when I contacted them on Google chat to expose the problems I had, especially Mr. Adam with whom I had the pleasure of interfacing. A few days later I went to the workshop and they gave me a complete diagnosis of the car in a few minutes, complete with an explanation and various hypotheses on the malfunction, they explained what I could try to do and I went home. Two weeks later I came back to have the recommended work done, and after two days the machine was as good as new, no, much better! Finally I have a noteworthy car, without problems if without various lights on the dashboard. I really don't know how to thank them, the other workshops I had entrusted to have not been able to do what they solved in a few days. I will definitely be back to check before I leave for the holidays!
