Spero che le autorità competenti faranno i loro controlli

Le impiegate non sanno svolgere banali passaggi di proprietà, mi fu detto che avrei dovuto spendere oltre 1100 euro quando recandomi al PRA ho provveduto ai miei bisogni con neanche 350 euro e in una mezz'oretta. Mi chiedo perchè tali persone che hanno la fortuna di avere in concessione un bureau dell'ACI si limitino solo a saper pagare un bollo auto? Povera Italia.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare..... La signora mi ha chiesto 20 euro per un foglio di dati che non mi servivano a niente.. Senza darmi scontrino o ricevuta.. In pratica se li è intascati lei.. Per una pratica di sblocco amministrativo, qua costa 100 euro.. Nelle altre agenzie 82 euro... Sempre la signora ci fa la cresta.. Speriamo che le adette competenze facciano qualcosa.. Ma non ci credo... Fate attenzione...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un banale passaggio di un veicolo costa doppio invece di 60€ che paghi in ogni agenzia ACI. Signora anziana permalosa discriminante scorretta è truffatrice. Peccato per Aci che si fa rappresentare da questi individui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima per colpa del covid, la scorsa settimana per lo smarrimento della documentazione ...Incredibile! Da quattro mesi sono in ballo per una pratica di successione , a quanto pare, molto sofferta. La signora, poco garbata, con cui ho a che fare, mi ha sbattuto il telefono in faccia quando, esasperata, le ho comunicato che sarei passata per vie legali.
Evidentemente non ha voluto sentire ragioni in questa faccenda da lei malgestita.
Assolutamente da sconsigliare.

La situazione covid è gestita in maniera molto accurata e nonostante la situazione spiacevole l’istruttore è riuscito a farmi sentire a mio agio.
